Went out to celebrate my partner and I’s anniversary. Was welcomed to Carvel by a rude and hostile worker! Wearing AirPods while serving and asking us to repeat various times. Made a nasty remark to us. Was definitely not doing his job well!

The mint came on a little to strong but the other flavors were delicious. It was a little unorganized to waiting in a messy line and I could feel pressure of the amount people in the store. It was clean and the employees were nice.

Ice cream is great, but watch the salesperson who gives you back the change.I gave her $20, and I bought iceream for $5.. she gave me back $5 instead of $15..I complained and she gave me an attitude..but reimbursed me at the end because i insisted.

Absolutely love stopping here for a Carvel cone. The place is clean, staff is friendly and there are so many cake options to choose from. Highly recommended.

It's Carvel; therefore it's awesome. Also there's a great energy in this store whenever we go - as if everyone there is excited about the ice cream?. Also Carvel has hands down the best soft serve

Got here nearly 2 hours before closing. Was told they cannot make a milkshake because they just cleaned the blender and didn't want to dirty it again. Even though, anyone who's worked with food/drinks knows that you can quickly clean the mixer by using the mixer cup with some hot water and spinning it. It takes less than a minute. Lazy and Ridiculous. Online and in the store, many different flavors of soft serve were mentioned by advertisement and signs (pistachio, hazelnut chocolate - to name a few), but when I went in, I was told they did not have those. Workers were condescending and we weren't greeted initially by the three people behind the counter. As we sat in the car and ate ice cream, it was now about an hour prior to closing. The shut off all the lights outside. A few more customers showed up and were disappointed the shop was closed. Fortunately, they were able to order at the window. Tips for the owner - If you're going to close early, update your online hours. Don't say that you have new summer hours and don't stick to it. You're an ice cream shop. Don't tell customers that you can't make them a milkshake because you are lazy and don't want to "clean again." It is your job to clean. People eat here. Everything should be sanitary. And lastly, the ice cream isn't even THAT good. The hard ice creams have WAY too much food coloring added to them. Chemicals = bad.

Ice cream here is ok, but the staff here mostly all of them have a poor costumer service and, sometimes they look like they're mad at you, there is one lady in special that likes to ignore costumers. In resume good ice cream but, scary and very unprofessional staff.
