Such a nice place when you want pizza and beer. Really chill but fridays get very packed. The pizza is good for what it is. Thin crispy personal pies.Parking: People who go to other restaurants and bars park in the lot and make it hard to find parking to go to the actual pizza place. I had to park on the street and pay.

Always a good option for a quick and tasty pizza and solid beer selection. We generally sit at the bar. Note the pizza is of a regional variant - thin but still chewy crust, toasted cheese, little tomato. Excellent sausage, and watch out for the stinger peppers, aptly named!.

Colony lives up to the hype. I moved to the area recently and have already been 5+ times. Their pizza is awesome and at $10/pie I think it's a great deal. I recommend getting one with hot oil and another with sausage and onion. I typically come on Sunday nights and haven't had a wait to be seated, which is really appreciated.This location is on the water and they have a nice outdoor seating area in the summer. They're kid friendly, too.
