GM didn’t want to give me order because he didn’t wanna give me 20$ in change. Rude from the moment I walked in , no welcome to dominos as I walked in , didn’t know Rob Cookson and Lou let these kind of people run their stores. Gm started to brag Rob will throw him a party next week for 5 star performance, very unprofessional as a former employee it’s sad to see how low the standard is now.

Customer Service was wonderful when we visited yesterday. The pizza looked and tasted fantastic; however, I was surprised to find one mainly small piece of chicken and a whole pizza. I think these folks cheaped out our meats.

I got a light cheese, light tomato and well done pizza and I received this disgusting cheesy pizza that isn’t even cut! It’s so sloppy and tastes disgusting!!! I was kind when I addressed my concern and they proved to say that they don’t care!!
I didn’t even receive a refund or an apology. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!

They said my order was delivered and it never was!! When i called the store i was told the driver called and didnt get a response so he took the food back to the store but they didnt issue a refund. 2 days later and still waiting on my refund!! Why do u need to call when u are delivering to a store with detail directions. I was told the driver never got out of the car. So why allow us to leave delivery instructions if they wont be followed.. worst delivery service ever.

They charge $6 for delivery of a $10 pizza. The pizza takes an hour to come and is cold. When you call and ask why it’s taking so long they say they deliver 3-4 pizzas at a time. So why am I paying $6 for delivery? At that price my pizza should be getting to me once it’s ready. Won’t be ordering from here again.
