They said my order was delivered and it never was!! When i called the store i was told the driver called and didnt get a response so he took the food back to the store but they didnt issue a refund. 2 days later and still waiting on my refund!! Why do u need to call when u are delivering to a store with detail directions. I was told the driver never got out of the car. So why allow us to leave delivery instructions if they wont be followed.. worst delivery service ever.

They charge $6 for delivery of a $10 pizza. The pizza takes an hour to come and is cold. When you call and ask why it’s taking so long they say they deliver 3-4 pizzas at a time. So why am I paying $6 for delivery? At that price my pizza should be getting to me once it’s ready. Won’t be ordering from here again.

The attendant is really rude, is this specific guy doesn’t let me order because I have other store closer but I’m paying the delivery fee so why can’t I order from there?? I used my points and he canceled and I didn’t have the points back.. if I’m paying for it and paying the delivery he can’t cancel because he wants to!! Good luck getting food that’s made right and if you have an issue they will absolutely hang up if you try to call. I’m allergic to pork and there was pork in my tater tots and I tried calling and got hung up on and they won’t answer now
Vegetarian options: You will 100% receive something with meat in it anyway don’t even bother
Dietary restrictions: Don’t eat here if you have them. I’m allergic to pork and I order something that should have no pork but there was bacon in it and I got hung up on when I called back.

horrible first time experience and ordered delivery and when it got here the delivery driver said delievery drivers dont go upstairs and made me go outside to get it from him. isnt that the point of delivery? to deliever it directly to the customer? will never order from this one again
