They have gotten my food order wrong almost every time I come into this location. Has to be one of the worst in the area.

asked for no ice in the coffee and got a 3/4 full cup of coffee. i asked twice and they gave me some lie about owner asked then i came back and asked is it the owners or store policy and with out a beat, it was never the owner it’s “store policy” then i google and call and they confirmed regular ice coffee should be filled to the top. long story short can’t tell who’s worst midland or rye ridge location, boston post is alright

I’d give 0 stars if it was an option. The workers here are insanely rude and do not know how to make a simple order and get mad when THEY mess up your drink. I’m Hispanic as well as them and they thought I didn’t speak Spanish, once they realized I knew what they were saying their attitude changed.

I placed a mobile order at this Dunkin’ but when I arrived, I was told the espresso machine was broken, so my drink couldn’t be made. The manager on duty was dismissive, wouldn’t look up or address me while using the register, and gave no guidance on how to get a refund — just told me to “do it in the app.”

I gave zero attitude, but was met with rudeness and no solution. It’s frustrating to pay for something you don’t receive, but even worse when the customer service is handled with such poor attitude. Situations like this are exactly how businesses lose loyal customers.
Eventually was able to get my refund after calling it in…

Today was my first time stopping at this DD location. Let’s start by saying that the place is not clean, disorganized, bathroom is not working. I went to this location to enjoy my daily DD coffee and to check some emails while I was waiting for my daughter to get out of camp. I did stayed in the table for an hour but there’s not specific time as to how long can a costumer stay inside. I did purchase coffee and bagel. I was not being disruptive and after an hour a worker shout out to me that I needed to leave because I had exceeded the 10 minutes mark. There’s respectful ways to politely ask the costumer to leave the premises. Very disappointed in this DD location and their employees. I will not return to this location.

I always stop in here when I deliver up the road. There is enough room for. Semi to park without obstructing traffic. I always have a good experience in here. The lady’s working are always friendly and they always make my coffee perfect.

You walk in and no one responded back to me good morning when I greeted them. I placed my order and the cashier got it wrong but fixed it before I paid. But, they added egg what I requested no egg, so the lady turned around and put the egg back in the warmer and rewrapped my sandwich. I stood right next to her, if you're familiar with the layout.
Then I said have a good day and she said nothing.

Put an online order in, got to the store about 30 minutes later. Food not ready and was given a major attitude and a litany of excuses as to why it wasn’t ready, when the store was empty. Waited an additional 20 minutes while the employees talked about other things. What’s the point of ordering ahead when the order isn’t ready when I get there?

Went in to get a small black cup of coffee paid for it stood and waited for over 20 minutes watching other customers come and go after order and wait after me and receive their food and beverage and I still could not get a small black cup of coffee so I kindly ask for my money back

Young lady in the morning and afternoon make watered down drinks. Way too much water and milk in the coffee. Coffee isn't supposed to look like milk. The guy knows how to make drinks perfect. They should learn from him
