Just ate the worst cheesesteak I ever had in my life. Absolutely NOOO flavor. I had them put it on garlic bread which cost $3.00 more and it should've enhanced the flavor but it was disgusting. No caramelized onions or peppers in a cheesesteak is unheard of. The garlic bread had a weird taste to it. I ate half of it because I hadn't eaten but the other half is going in the trash. $20 down the drain (+ $9 for uber)

Ordered food here a few times and had it delivered to our office so far each time everything has been great. Service is fast, everything is made how we ordered and the staff is very friendly.

I went in just to have 2 slices of regular cheese pizza. The pizza was very good. Dough was thin and fresh, meaning that it could be folded many times without the crust cracking off the pizza. Sauce was tangy in an Italian way. There was more than enough cheese. So all good. Highly recommended.

Donāt go here for the Valentineās pie. You can clearly see they didnāt even put the pepperoni on. The gentleman at the counter was stressed out and mustāve forgotten. Pizza Hut it is for next year.

I just ordered for the first time from Frank's, and I am delighted!! Delivery was fast! The driver was super nice!. The food was excellent. Kudos on the egg plant rolatini!!! Absolutely delish! š¤¤ Tomato sauce was on point. I will for sure add them to my list of favorite spots to order from. š
Been going here since I was a tike, but stopped going as often. I recently got a large pepperoni pizza for pick up, and to my surprise it was completely different than how I remember it the last few years. I would always CRAVE their pizza, but this one got me stopping in my tracks. They started using pepperoni cupsā¦ too much cheeseā¦ and super oilyā¦ gone are the days of some nice, flat pepperoni, equal parts cheese and sauce, and occasionally some basil sprinkled on top (if youāre lucky). It has become more and more clear that Franks has become inconsistent. To add on, one of their delivery guys was exceptionally rude to my little brother, demanding a higher tip when no one else was home. What the hell is my little brother supposed to do? Incredibly stupid of the delivery guy. People at pick up counter are WAY friendlier! Anyways, inconsistent food and new pizza is not good. Bring back the old stuff! Iāll still on occasion support with other foods, because it is a childhood favorite.

I went to Frank's Pizza after receiving a menu with coupons in the mail. When I arrived to pick up my order I was informed that the coupon was expired and they would not honor it, even after I explained I just received it. I asked to speak with a manager, but was told no one was available. They gave me another menu with my order, and those coupons are already expired...in 2023. The pasta I ordered was very good, but I will no be back. There are too many other options where they appreciate their customers and treat them fairly.

Donāt know what I would do without Franks. I take care of elderly/sick parents and canāt get out shopping as much as I would like. They take care of my little āspecial requests,ā and are very kind. And yes - food, service is great! From person who answers the phone to delivery. Thank you to all at Franks.

I used to live in the area when I was in college, and ordered Frankās all the time. From the pizza to the entrees to the soups, they made this Long Island Italian girl feel right at home. I was just telling a friend about the garlic balls and came here to make sure youāre still serving up those little balls of heaven. My biggest regret is not ordering a lifetime supply lol
