The food is usually very good but the customer service is unfortunately just so terrible. I recommend only ever getting take out from this place and have them deliver it. The people working the cash registers are always just so rude.

Franks is everything you need, the fully loaded cheesesteak did wonders for my depression. It cured alot of my ailments actually. Cheeseburger wrap is good, pizza is ok, everything else perdy good

This place is a gem. I've done takeout numerous times and it never disappoints, the eats are delicious! Quite possibly the best chicken parm wedge I've ever eaten and this is coming from a guy who's most likely eaten more chicken parm sandwiches than anyone in the tri-state area, ever. Lol Their Pizzas are amazing as well. Definitely a great place for tasty Italian treats.

Had an amazing personal gourmet veggie pizza tonight - delicious! The crust has a great flavor and soft crunch, holding the toppings well. A great balance of vegetables - and tonight’s pizza had a nice touch of slightly more mushrooms and cheese. Can always count on Frank’s for a satisfying dinner. Shout out to Angel for the tasty ‘za!Vegetarian options: The veggie gourmet pizza is a great option

The garlic balls are fire! Truly better than any garlic knot. The bar has been set. Personal favorites include Franks Special Pizza, veggie calzone, chicken parm. Always consistently delicious l! I've never actually dined in, so I can't speak to service. The dinning room is a basic pizzeria seating. So sad that post-covid the 5% online ordering discount and order of free garlic balls are no longer a thing. Understandable as the economy has change!
Mixed bag. The fried ravioli was good, but the Greek salad was very disappointing, especially for the price. It was 95% lettuce and had 5 olives, perhaps 1/4 of a tomato total, and so little feta that I could barely taste it. Come on guys, $16 for essentially a bowl of lettuce is a bit unfair.

ehhhhhh. I ordered a dinner for lunch and the one thing it was missing was flavor. it had pasta, it had sauce, it had cheese and it had what they think passes fro chicken but the flavor was not there. at all. however we do order pizza on occasion and that gets the thumbs up.
