BEWARE..Four of us went there last night for dinner...food was subpar. Our server was great. There was a band playing for the last half hour of our meal (left at 9pm) band started at 8:30. We were charged $40. ($10 a head ) cover charge added to our dinner check. So...beware...If you go there for dinner on a Friday night you will be charged once the band starts playing.

I showed up at Joey's around 6pm on a Wednesday night before a concert at Garcia's. There was only a few people there, but I had such a nice time chatting with the bartender and the regulars.. Also, the codfish sandwich I had was fantastic!

This is a good friendly place to eat and drink. The staff is professional and always smiling. You can sit outside or inside and sometimes they have live music and i think there is a open mic night you just have to confirm that. The food is always good especially the burgers and fries. It's not expensive more like average pricing. Check it out. Parking is small but you can also park on the nearby roads.

Had such an amazing time at Joey's!!! Great atmosphere, great live music and everyone was so inviting!!! Highly recommend this bar!!! Love all the guitar's on the walls!!! I will be visiting on a regular! Thank you Joe for a great time and evening!

Only went here twice for a drink before our other plans so I can't speak to the foods. Bartenders were nice and the place seems clean so not a bad place at Lunch time. Can't speak to bands or thw evening crowds tho.
Parking: They are in a small shopping center with a few other stores but only have like a dozen small spots. Tight for my pickup to get in and out.

I used to like to have lunch there, the food is super delicious and Joey speaks Portuguese like me, since I am from Brazil and he's from Portugal. But last time I went there, this summer, I got very disappointed. My daughter and I walked for some minutes in a very hot day only to get there. So, as soon as we got in, Joey - who was talking to somebody else at the moment, greeted us very kindly, at first. We sat down and the waitress came, and we commented that I'd like to talk to Joey later. So, the lady looked a kind desperate saying SHE could take our order, she also asked if we were able to speak Spanish, so we said both Spanish or English works. So, we said we wouldn't bother his conversation, we were just commenting that we know him, and we knew she was going to take our order and it was fine. So, I picked the meal I always do, my daughter was a kind confused about the new menu, so she wasn't sure if the meal she likes it was the same. So, the waitress came back to the bar saying she was going to ask Joey about that, and many, many minutes passed... She never came back or even Joey to ask us anything. He was passing by our table, like twice, and only talking and giving attention to people at the bar (people very noisy, by the way), and completely ignored us there. When the lady finally came, she asked us if Joey came to talk to us and we said: Not at all. She just made a sad face... So, we decided to pay for our soda and leave. Hoping we never come back to be treated like that!
