An employee tried to box in my car and trap it while I parked in an employee space for a minute. Very much not appreciated!

I can't speak to everything else on their menu because I usually just go there for their Pizza but their slices are huge and very good. They have a lot of different selections and toppings. Give them a try. Also you can get pizza by the slice there and which is very convenient because sometimes I don't want to buy an entire Pizza I just want a slice or two.

I parked in an employee spot here for just a minute and another employee parked behind my car to box me in and trap me. I was able to slip out thankfully. I can understand that it's annoying when patrons park in employee spots but I still thought this was pretty insane and unprofessional of him.

This restaurant offers counter service with pizza by the slice, pasta, and salads. The place also does take-out and serves Pepsi products. The place looks new, and well kept. The pizza is good.

Been in here numerous times, usually just for take-out. Staff attitude usually pretty lackadaisical. Tonight went in to get a couple of slices to go and was told they were out of plain pizza, did I want to wait while they made one? Not really, I am cold, hungry and tired and don't expect it to take 20 minutes to get a slice of pizza. The main problem is that this is the third time in the past few months that this has happened. You are a pizza parlor, so when you sell the last plain slice or even when you get to the last couple of pieces you make a new pie. Not difficult. In fact, what would be expected. Rather than wait I got what was available (pepperoni) and had to pay extra for the topping. Coupled with the roach story from the reviews below, don't think will be going in here again.

This was the worst possible experience out of a restaurant. Went in looking to order a large chicken parm pie. The slice that is offered in the window is called a chicken parm slice that has extra sauce, parm cheese and, basil on top. The pizza pie that we received was an absolute let down. We received a cheese pizza with chicken cutlet only... nothing else that is displayed in their window was added. We immediately called the restaurant for an explanation, Kenny who is in charge when the manager (Felix) is not around, answered. He stated that if they make the pie the way they make it for the window, it wouId get soggy which they have had complaints about previously. I completely understand that but what is frustrating is that we were not informed about this with our purchase. We specifically pointed out the slice in the window and expected that. No one told us it came differently. Kenny continued to state that there has never been an issue about this and made it seem like we should know this. I later spoke to Felix and he also said there was nothing they can do because that's how it comes. Felix said that they have always made the pie that way which is different from what Kenny told us. I have never been to a pizza place that offers two different chicken parm pizzas and doesn't inform their customers. Apparently, this has never been an issue for them, but from a first time customer I would not know that. As a customer I would assume a manger would help resolve this problem but Felix was not helpful. He would continue to state that if I wanted to address the issue to return on Tuesday to speak to the owner. The restaurant lacks accountability and customer service.

They put a flyer in our mailbox so we decided to try them out. We ordered delivery & they took more than an hour and a half. We had to call three times asking them where our food was. Terrible service.

I recently moved to the area and usually find myself driving back to my hometown to get pizza, I decided to stop here as it’s 2min from my new home. I got the pepperoni pizza and it was really yummy with good flavors overall. I will come back to try again and I am hoping for consistency.Parking: A few spots are available in the front but if they are taken not sure where you can parkWheelchair accessibility: No steps to get in the front door

I ordered online and an extra pizza was added by mistake. I immediately called the restaurant and was told 'take it up with the app, we can't refund you.' I had been sent an email from 'John's of Arthur Ave', I was directed to their site to place the order, and on the email verification it says call the restaurant for any help. I asked if they would cancel the order and the charge and I will re-order, again was told 'not our problem'. When I looked back at the email I realized it came from CHOW NOW - there is no way to call them - they are California based and you have to email. I emailed support and someone did respond and asked for the case number but nothing else. The food did arrive, but late and cold - I guess this was John's employees way of 'sticking it to the customer'. This is also the last time I will be ordering from them or going to the restaurant. You win John's - thanks for being an A**$% about it. All I wanted was some help in removing an unintended item that was ordered and you decide to deliver cold, late food - awesome!

John's of Arthur Avenue is a great pizzeria that has delicious pizza and menu selection. Our food for tonight included Fried Zucchini Sticks that were crisp and flavorful. Our Eggplant Personal Pizza was comforting and satisfying in taste. The grilled Salmon entree sat on a bed of julienne sliced fresh vegetables that were cooked to perfection. Truly a scrumptious meal! The bonus here was the live entertainment by Robbie Rigo. He is quite the talent with a guitar and has played a variety of music from the 1950s forward. No matter your age, he will have your feet dancing like your tummy eating here!

I was there last Saturday with my family. We ordered salads, garlic bread and pizza. The food was ok but the bill wasn't. The prices on the bill were higher than the menu prices. I pointed that out to the manager and he said they raised the prices in the computer but haven't printed out new menus yet. I told him that wasn't right. There was no notice stating prices subject to change. But they had a notice that they charge 3.5% extra if you use a credit card. The manger would not adjust the. prices based on the menu prices. Perhaps we wouldn't have ordered the salads if we knew they were going to be higher priced. I told him we would not be back to this restaurant in the future and he didn't care. If I used my credit card, I would of disputed the charge, I paid cash to avoid the surcharge.
