What a fantastic find I had to go to Port Chester for some business it was almost a 90 me one-way trip and this restaurant made the trip worthwhile! The service was fantastic, the food was absolutely delicious. The shepherd's pie with braised short ribs was the best I've ever had. I highly recommend this location the fish and chips was light crispy delicious.

Cozy spot with classic dive bar vibes. Bartenders are personable and courteous, food is delicious, and there’s always plenty of beer on tap. I’m a frequent flyer here and highly recommend!

Very comfortable place to enjoy great food, great service, exceptional staff. Must compliment the owners Vince and Ed for running a place that is very vibrant and feels like family. Just remember to leave you baggage and attitude at the door. No bad energy will be tolerated.

I'm writing to share some feedback about my visit to your establishment on Friday, July 4th. I'm a local from Connecticut and know Port Chester quite well, which made me excited to stop by after a long trip, hungry and looking forward to a good meal.

Unfortunately, the burger I was served was completely burnt—to the point where it was inedible. The plate came with what looked like an excessive amount of fries, which didn’t make up for the quality of the main dish. Honestly, it was one of the most disappointing sandwiches I've had.

I was genuinely looking forward to enjoying my meal, but I left hungry and frustrated. I wish I had spoken up right then and there. I'm reaching out now because I hope this is something you take seriously—I believe in giving businesses a chance to make things right.

I'd appreciate if you could offer some form of amends. I’d like to come back and give your place another try, hopefully under better circumstances.

Great bar menu and food especially if u need some late night eats i love coming here Wednesdays to meet up with friends for karaoke a few drinks and some good food im never disappointed bartenders are friendly and always nice to talk to i love the wings here fries are excellent with the dipping sauce that comes with it is amazing so if u need a late snack or love to sing karaoke this is the place hands down in Port Checster trust me...

Parking: Parking can be tough it is new york but i usually park behind the chase bank across the street if u park on on street be careful read your signs so u dont get a ticket

During a match there is little chance for a quiet word. When the television is not rotting brains, it's a nice quiet place.

The burgers last week were either smaller than I remember, or smaller than they should be; yet it sufficed. Both were cooked on point, nice rolls, nice burgers, they have this and that to put on them if you wish, or combos.

On other occasions I've had the short rib cottage pie. Recommended. Others have had the fish and chips and liked it. I haven't gone a ton of times but would expect anything served to be well done.

My wife and I grabbed dinner before a show at the Capitol Theater a few blocks away. The food was fantastic and the staff was first rate. I would definitely come back again and will certainly recommend McShane's to anyone coming to the area

My second time there! Loved it! Especially my favorite bartender!
