Walking in you know you're in an Irish bar. The bartenders all are friendly and welcoming. Went 3 nights in a row and was made to feel like a local the first night. The menu is just the right size, and the food was great. The potato skins were the appetizer of choice. I had the bangers and mash the first night, a bacon cheese burger one night and the cheese steak sub special an other night. All were delicious with the bangers and mash being my favorite and a pint (or two) of Guinness was just what the doctor ordered. Patti, Melinda, Miles and Shannon will take good care of you. Love Mcshanes when I want some good bar food and a nice beer! It is the perfect spot to go to on a Friday night to hangout with friends. This is especially for people who grew up in Port Chester, as you are never to not run into someone from HS! One of my other favorites of Mcshanes is Wednesday night karaoke!

Trashy dirty resteraunt/bar. I found what looked mold in my salad, it wasn’t cheese!! the food was terrible, I asked for the table to be cleaned and nobody ever cleaned it. The seating was also terrible. we were surrounded by drunk under age teenagers drinking and as we were leaving we witnessed a sketchy transaction between underage looking kids and the bartender of the restaurant when leaving…We will never be returning.

Solid bar with plenty of screens to watch a game. The food was surprisingly good - the short rib grilled cheese is awesome. Would have like a good Guinness on tap but didn't see it. Service was good, not overly pushy at the bar.

Though the steak sandwich was tasty it was quite a small sandwich for $20. Tge fries were tasty and ample. Just give us a decent steak sandwich portion. A beer and my sandwich for $30 should be enough to fill someone up.
Very rude staffs, didn’t even give water when I asked for it , especially the lady with curly hairs she is so rude she don’t like when people give her enough tip , we have 10 dollar tip for her for each drink and she is not even satisfied with it greedy staffs
