I am writing this in hopes that someone at Neri's reads these. Been going there for years, religously, almost every holiday but the product has dropped a little. Service is always great but not sure what they are thinking. The Tiramisu had always been incredible, a great balance of the creaminess and sponge soaked cake with espresso, etc. Seems like they have over-balanced to making it ultra creamy and it just does't please in the same way. In addition, just got a Strawberry Shortcake cake 2 days ago for my girlfriends birthday. She adores SSC. Not sure if I had bought this there before but what a total disappointment!! What kind of a realy bakery does not use fresh strawberries?? it was that jelly like filling and it was awful!! Also, the whipped cream just lacked richness and the sponge was eh! Hoping they can resurrect some old classics. Bagels and pizzelle always solide. The biscotti though has dropped off a bit. Used to be nice and hard. Now has an element of softness which is ok I guess but not the same feeling as before. Wishing you luck to get this turned around. Thank you.

Best bakery for breads and sweets, they charge amazingly low prices for bakery items. So lucky to have Neri open to public for fresh bakery items. Cash only bring your own bags!

Excellent and fresh products. The downside is extremely long lines on holiday's.
