Panda Restaurant no delivery

It pains me to write this as I don't like to hurt a hard working business but I have to post an honest review. I'm blown away by the 4.3 stars review. Is the bar so low in westchester/CT? The man handling the flow was nice and working hard. The place is cash only with an ATM inside which should give you an idea of the kind of place. My wife and I were starving and I decided to try it based on the positive reviews. The food was literally inedible. I asked for spicy and it came bland with my instructions ignored. That's ok as I can always add my own spicy sauce from home but the entire meal, nothing tasted good. The meat was tough and chewy, the sauces lacked flavor. Dumplings were mediocre, even the fried rice bland. I wish I could say something nice but I can't. I'm most disappointed at the multitude of reviewers giving high ratings which is making me question the validity of google reviews. If you don't believe me, try this place and decide for yourself.

terrible costumer service called to place an order man on the other side didn’t hear me and hanged up on me i called again and i spoke and he hanged up terrible communication and costumer service.

I discovered this Chinese restaurant one day when I was in Port chester doing some shopping and going to the movies. I've been here a number of times now. It's along Westchester Avenue where there is a selection of various cuisines.The food is delicious and it's not greasy. I love the rice, its bright yellow and full of flavor. The chicken used in the sesame and general tso are fried just right and not too hard. I personally don't eat Chinese all the time and when I do I usually stand outdoors while my food cooks because you can smell the heavy grease inside and down the street. But at Panda I'm able to stand inside to wait for my food because it doesn't smell. This is a cash only place so make sure you have plenty. The man behind the counter is nice and he speaks Spanish which is nice for the customers that visit. Its not a place really to stay long and eat because there's 4 tables. I take my food to go. They also do not deliver.
