Food was good, nice portions! Unfortunately they overcharged for a drink that the waitress said would only be a "few dollars" extra ended up costing $14 extra. The waitress was new or very inexperienced, she brought our appetizer after our meals, brought the wrong soup than what was ordered, table waters late, and did not mention changing order would be an extra charge. We won't be dinning here again, even though the food was good - not worth all the extra.
I bought food the chicken has a bad smell when I told him that I wanted my money back because I was not going to eat that the owner said no and he said it was good and he was very rude
Amazing restaurant that has made me a fan of Ecuatoriano cuisine.
It was good
Confused since it seems more Colombian than Ecuadorian. $15 for Guatita is too pricey. I can get a whole lunch with soup, Guatita, and a drink for less than $10 in another Ecuadorian restaurant. Staff is friendly. Food was good. The only problem is the price.
Food is ok
Great food
Good food .. I try the clado de bagre and it was delicious
Terrible food, expensive and several things not on the menu. Will not be attending again.
Food is great tasting...staff is very friendly Great prices and they make you feel at home..The juices are freshly made ....A+++++

obsessed with their lunch special. $8 for soup, segundo, ecuadorian cuaquer!
Place is nice, food is good, prices are fairly decent, waitress very pretty sociable and well mannered. As Ecuadorian I can assured the place is worth visiting.
As an Ecuadorian, I am ashamed of this place, the owner has no respect for the customers, he refused to talk to me about a dish that I returned and just communicated through the waitress. He charged me for the plate and that is all he was interested in. I do not recommend this place, I don't want this place to give Ecuador or Ecuadorians a bad name. I had the Shrimp Ceviche and the Fish Ceviche and it was watered down, I wasn't trying to not pay my bill, just wanted to let him know how I felt. I am in the restaurant business and I always try to please my clients.
This place make you feel like home. It may not be very fancy, and it may not have the NYC style, but that is just a part of what make it so special. They have food that make you feel like you are eating in the Kitchen of your mother or your aunt, and sometime that is more important than anything else.
