Well caved place with good beer and the all mighty food, so your lady never stays hungry while you enjoy the beer
Local live musicians
Good beer
Loved that we happened upon this place by chance. We were visiting for a show at the Capitol and someone had told us to stop by. The place was cozy and had enjoyable decor. From the get go the staff were incredibly attentive and responsive. There were no tables left or room at the bar so when we ordered our food the owner, Tim, kindly offered a chair where we were standing. The food was fantastic. We had the Tessio. The mozzarella was on point. I enjoyed the cider and the sour on tap. After the place cleared out a bit, we got to talk to Tim and he was as personable and attentive as his staff thanking us for stopping in making us feel personally appreciated and welcome. It was a great atmosphere, cool to see a local artist, and great food. We will definitely be sure to visit again when we are in the area for another show.
Good beer selection with many appetizer; ideal for relaxing on Friday night. The owner is awesome!
super rude
Great beer and nice atmosphere- friendly staff!
The drinks often use have too much sour mix for what you're paying. The owner is also incredibly rude. For the most recent Open Mic, he made comments that were loud enough for everyone to hear: "I'm not feeling this." As I performed my set, I heard him making commentary as well. I had been told that he thought my combination of singing and poetry was "weird." I understand having an opinion, but keep it to yourself - especially when the performer is on stage or within earshot. Open mic nights are meant for everyone to express themselves freely and in ways that resonate with them. He seems to want a specific type of performer, so maybe he should change the name from Open Mic to Coffeehouse Music or whatever he is looking for. Lastly, he does not have a Bluetooth set up to play music from. While I understand that, he might want to emphasize that he wants people who play live music. When I asked about the setup, as I've only been there two times, he said, "why is she asking that? She knows we don't do that" in honestly the nastiest tone. I actually didn't know that there was never going to be an option for Bluetooth as I have been told there might be, so that's just another instance of his nasty behavior. I won't be visiting this location again.
Great brewery. The owner Tim is very personable.
Tim, the owner and bartender was so personable and makes you feel at home. The beer was nice and crisp and the chartruierie board was delicious!
Great spot to grab some beers and a bite before or after catching a show at the Capitol Theatre! Amazing Pilsner and Saison! Tell Timmy we sent ya.
Small spot with limited menu, but everything is very good. Had some beers we liked, the Tessio sandwich, and the toasts That One With Pesto and Mike's Toast. All of them were great, with a well balanced ratio of ingredients and flavors. It's a lovely spot my family are bookmarking in case we are in the area again.

Nice taproom, not an actual brewery.
Run and Hide Brewing is truly a hidden gem in Port Chester. From the moment you step in, you are welcomed by an inviting atmosphere and an array of delicious, reasonably priced beers. Each brew is crafted with precision and passion, offering a delightful range of flavors that cater to every palate.
One of the standout aspects of this brewery is the exceptional service provided by Kelly, the beer tender. She is not only friendly and attentive but also incredibly knowledgeable. Kelly has a remarkable ability to recommend the perfect beer for your taste without ever being pushy. Her warmth and expertise make every visit a pleasure.
The culinary experience here is equally impressive. Chris, who handles the food, has an unparalleled skill in slicing prosciutto that rivals that of a Japanese sushi chef. The precision and care he takes ensure that each slice is perfect in thickness and texture, enhancing the flavor to its fullest. When prosciutto is cut improperly, it can be too thick or frayed, but Chris’s technique ensures a consistently excellent experience.
The appetizer set is generously portioned, making it ideal for sharing among friends. The toasted bread that accompanies the appetizers is so delicious that it could easily be a star on its own. We found that the set was more than enough for three people, leaving us thoroughly satisfied.
Run and Hide Brewing combines excellent beer, top-notch service, and exquisite food preparation to create a truly memorable experience. Whether you're a beer enthusiast or just looking for a great place to relax with friends, this brewery is a must-visit. Highly recommended!
I just want to leave but no bartender has come toe since I got my first drink.
Went to Run & Hide on Saturday with a couple of friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The beer and cocktails were good, the charcuterie board was outstanding and the service was great.
When I did a search for 'breweries' in Westchester County, this place popped up. They do brew their own beer but it's really more of a taproom/bar than a brewery. The Here Comes My Girl IPA was delicious and the Rose (on tap) was great too. They have a small menu of food options which looked very appealing. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. Right before we left, some live music got going and many of the people there were having some drinks before going to the Capitol Theatre for a show. I definitely want to come back here soon!
