The Good: Food was tasty, nice venue, cool vibe (but loud), server was nice.

The Not-So-Good: Service was very slow. Very expensive for small portions. Silver dollar sized crab cake and the tiniest soft shell crabs I've ever eaten. And when waiter (not ours) asked how our meal was and I mentioned the crabs were very small for the price, he got really defensive and asked where else I had soft shell crabs before.

I would go back for drinks and apps, but Dubrovnik has better portions of fresh fish for the price.

The atmosphere and the service were good, but the food was very underwhelming. Considering all the recommendations I received, I expected to be blown away. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but Surf & Turf shouldn't be that difficult. My filet was way over cooked with no flavor, as was the lobster tail. Considering the $75 price tag, I wanted more. I would not go back and spend that kind of money at this place. Also, and I know I shouldn't expect anything for free, but they knew it was my wife and I's anniversary and we didn't even get a complementary dessert. Definitely disappointed. Our server was great though, which helped add another star, otherwise it would be 2 stars.

Can't say enough great things about Saltaire!
The food and service are consistently excellent. Ambiance is cool. Great for happy hour and dinners. Haven't been for a special occasion but no doubt it would be equally great!
Raw bar is fresh and tasty.
Try it out and you'll be glad you did.

Incredible food, staff and atmosphere. Was running late to a show next door at the capitol theater and the sharp look maitre’d reassured me that I’d get wined and dined just in time, and I did! Thank you!

We arrived on a rainy Friday, right at 4pm for happy hour. The bar filled out over the course of the two hours but the tables were also available for happy hour specials. Scott was our primary bartender and was a wonderful host! We really enjoyed each dish and would order everything again! Our favorite stand-outs were (of course) the wide variety of oysters, the roasted oysters (with sun dried tomato as our favorite of the two), and steamer clams! We also very much enjoyed the tender octopus, truffle fries (shoestring), tempura shrimp, and tuna tartare.Blue points were on special for $1.75 each, two kinds of clams for $1.25, along with a selection of $10 cocktails and a few discounted appetizers. Full menu was available during happy hour as well. The only drawback we had was it was moderately difficult to get a parking spot in the lot at 4pm and impossible to get one at 6pm. We had people following us the entire walk.

Nice looking place. Only wish the food had been a little better. Halibut was overcooked; seafood risotto was way undercooked. Key lime pie was very, very tart.

Very good place, good atmosphere and excellent food!!!We were very satisfied with our food.It was a pity that when we wanted to order more oysters it was not possible for 20 minutes late, the kitchen closes at 9:00 pm and we ordered a little more shells and oysters at 9:20, the person who prepares the food was willing to prepare a little more for us but the waiters told us no.Anyway, we had a good time, the girl who received us at the entrance was very kind.

Friendly accommodating staff - especially since we were late ! Drinks were so yummy -passion fruit margaritas- so good and everyone liked the Tajin rimmed angry marg- loved my mahi and even the steak people were very happy !

How refreshing it was to wander into Saltaire this week for the first time in years — and find it better than ever. The food, the vibe, the drinks, everything. Even my Finback Crispy Morning, a beer I've had on draft countless times, somehow tasted better here. Keep it up.
