The dinning experience has gone downhill the last two years. The food was never to die for , but it was above average in the area without having to drive to white plains. The large parking lot helps . The food is ok. The drinks are not honest and staff rushes you to order more or take the drink before you even finish. If you are using buisness card to pay for it , stop by for a quick bite and drink . Don’t come here for any special occasions. Good luck

I can’t believe that I have called to place an order and this stupid guy was being rude to me over the phone. I recently had the opportunity to visit Sergio’s Saw Pit for lunch, and unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to expectations. While I was invited to join friends for a meal, the visit left much to be desired.
First, let’s talk about the food. I was really looking forward to trying their offerings, but my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I discovered that the butter served with my meal was frozen solid. This made it nearly impossible to spread on my bread, undermining what should have been a simple pleasure.
Additionally, the soup we ordered featured broccoli rabe, but sadly, it just didn’t hit the mark for me. It lacked flavor and warmth, leaving me feeling unsatisfied. I believe every restaurant has its off days, but the quality of food should be consistently good, especially given the positive reviews I had heard before my visit.
Another element that impacted the experience was the staff. While I understand that busy lunch hours can be stressful, I found some of the team members to be a little rude. Their demeanor made me feel unwelcome, detracting from the overall enjoyment of the meal.
Overall, my lunch at Sergio’s Saw Pit was underwhelming. With poor food presentation, subpar offerings, and a less-than-friendly staff, I doubt I’ll be returning. While I appreciate the invitation from my friends, I’d suggest looking for alternate dining options in the future.

Had a delicious meal with my family here on Saturday night. Service was very good from the bus boys who were eager to help. It was hard to get our waiter’s attention. Food was delicious with nice size portions. My biggest complaint was the noise level. It was AWFUL!!!! The back room on the right has tray ceilings with tile which allows for no sound absorption. If they created sound absorption panels on these it would help the situation. Will not return!!! You can’t hear your fellow guests. When the manger? Or maitre’d? asked how our meal was he didn’t even say I’m sorry, just replied, “the owner doesn’t care!“ So if you want to enjoy your meal out with friends and hear what they have to say, don’t choose this place!
Absolutely beautiful in the winter with it's festive decor and vibe. The scallop appetizer was AMAZING. The meal was just ok.

Who wouldn't love this beautiful restaurant whose ceiling is filled with greenery and mini-twinkle lights? The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the prices are reasonable. We love our favorite waiter, Chabbi who makes every experience special. My husband and I love the small plate of crudites the restaurant puts on each table as well as the yummy flat bread before we dine like royalty! Worth a visit, for sure!

From the initial planning right down to the day of, Andi made sure our day was special and exactly what we wanted. The food is incredible and the service is outstanding. They accommodated us in every way possible. Diego was our main waiter and was also fantastic. He made sure we were well taken care of, and that everything was perfect. If you are looking for great food, with outstanding service this is the place to be! Just for a meal or a private event, Sergio's will provide exactly what you are looking for. We love Sergio’s!! We are here once a week, sometimes twice even! The food, the staff, the owners, and the decor are all amazing. My favorite thing about this place is the dish is the same every single time we go, which is so rare in restaurants lately. I had my bridal shower here last month and the staff and food were incredible as always!! My family and friends are still talking about the food and the place. They also have the best desserts made to order - the tiramisu and Napoleon are unreal. My husband doesn’t leave without ordering both. It’s a must have! Highly recommend !!!!!
