The staff at Sergio's were incredibly attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. As soon as a drink was low they asked if you wanted another. They were so accommodating with our requests and made the planning process seamless and stress-free.
The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was prepared to perfection, and there was a wonderful variety that pleased everyone's palate. We loved the calamari, fresh pasta and entrees. Our guests raved about the food!

The decor is nice. Portion size is average. The food was disappointing, The Spicy Lobster Pacchieri alla Vodka lacked flavor, spice and lobster! The shrimp scampi with risotto had large shrimp but the risotto was pasty and flavorless. The Pappardelle Alla Boschiola sauce was bland and had very few mushrooms. Service was poor. We had to hold onto our dishes, so they didn’t grabbed them from us before we finished our food. Shared appetizers were served without dishes! We had to ask for them! They took away one dish of calamari before we could stop them. Never saw waiters who just grabbed dishes without asking if you were finished with your meal. Not sure what the rush was, the restaurant was fairly empty. Never refilled bread basket or water glasses, but did ask if we wanted another beer. We were celebrating our mom’s milestone birthday. I noted this on the reservation and followed up with a phone call. We were talking about her birthday at the table. The restaurant made no mention of it. After we were done, I asked the waiter, who was standing very close to the two owners or managers, if the restaurant was aware of my mom’s birthday. In a rude and condescending manner, he said, “Yeah, we knew and if you ordered a dessert, we would have stuck a candle in it, but you didn’t!” So rude and so not worth another visit!

The dinning experience has gone downhill the last two years. The food was never to die for , but it was above average in the area without having to drive to white plains. The large parking lot helps . The food is ok. The drinks are not honest and staff rushes you to order more or take the drink before you even finish. If you are using buisness card to pay for it , stop by for a quick bite and drink . Don’t come here for any special occasions. Good luck

This is so sad that people don’t love what they do, and customers service is horrible in this restaurant. I can’t believe that I have called to place an order and this stupid guy was being rude to me over the phone. I don’t know who restaurant owners are hiring this days, but unfortunately people don’t want to work anymore and they are not happy doing their job at all. Be happy to work cause that is the only thing that will put money on your table.

Additionally, the soup we ordered featured broccoli rabe, but sadly, it just didn’t hit the mark for me. It lacked flavor and warmth, leaving me feeling unsatisfied. I believe every restaurant has its off days, but the quality of food should be consistently good, especially given the positive reviews I had heard before my visit.
Another element that impacted the experience was the staff. While I understand that busy lunch hours can be stressful, I found some of the team members to be a little rude. Their demeanor made me feel unwelcome, detracting from the overall enjoyment of the meal.

Had a delicious meal with my family here on Saturday night. Service was very good from the bus boys who were eager to help. It was hard to get our waiter’s attention. Food was delicious with nice size portions. My biggest complaint was the noise level. It was AWFUL!!!! The back room on the right has tray ceilings with tile which allows for no sound absorption. If they created sound absorption panels on these it would help the situation. Will not return!!! You can’t hear your fellow guests. When the manger? Or maitre’d? asked how our meal was he didn’t even say I’m sorry, just replied, “the owner doesn’t care!“ So if you want to enjoy your meal out with friends and hear what they have to say, don’t choose this place!
