Somebody in thes store has stolen my money inside my purse. I forgot my purse for one moment over there and when I went back to get it , everything was inside except my money. I’ve been trying to call manager & store and nobady give me an answer. Also when I go to the store, the give me each time differents storys. Worst experience ever.
I will contact Starbucks support to resolve my problem cuz’ staff doesn’t care.

I am the first customer of the day at 5am. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They always open on time and prepared unlike some other stores I've been to in the past. Great way to start my day!

The staff at this Starbucks are genuinely special! They care about customer service, remember names, your drinks, and overall just take pride in being there.

I wish the baristas actually read the order on mobile orders and would make the drinks accordingly. If I pay for a topping or same syrup I would actually like to get it. This shouldn’t be this difficult!

Does not use filtered water for their drinks or ice cubes. Everything has strong taste of chlorine and/or something else. Strong enough to have prominent taste in black cold brew. This issue hasn’t been resolved in months. All orders that contain water and ice cubes taste like chemicals. Store in downtown Rye does not have this issue.

The drinks and staff are good of course, but what they did to this Starbucks is a disgrace. I have fond memories of going to this Starbucks and sitting there for an hour just talking with friends, now you walk in and are greeted with a counter, as if you’re ordering at a food kiosk in the middle of a mall. If you’re looking for a place to do work, this is 100% not the place. There are absolutely no seats, just a small room. They should come back and completely restore the Starbucks to what it was before this horrible change. I did like the ice though. Also, $27 for 4 drinks???

This renovated store is a sensory nightmare! All the seating is gone, so the new store concept is just grab-and-go. The entire store is sparse and echoey, so the already loud music reverberates off the walls. Combine that with the conversations happening at behind the counter and in the line and it is unbearable. You know it is too loud when the barista has to shout to the customer to be heard!

Friendly staff and clean

Parking: Plenty of parking as it is part of the mall

Big disappointment! First time here - the cappuccino was terrible, it stank disgustingly, there was no smell of coffee at all! It was an online order, I stopped by, picked up the order and left, I didn't have time to come back and complain
