Idk who the new older white gentleman is that tacobell hired but he really shouldn't be working the drive thru speaker or the window, he is very rude doesn't let you have time to fully finish your order. He doesn't tell you when things are no longer in the menu or when it's not in stock. Everytime I go there and helping takes my order he always messes up my order and never gives me my freezeee (the last 4 weeks aparantly the frezzee manchine is broken). Always forgets the straws and utensils, plus gets frustrated and annoyed at you that you arevasking for those.... the last 5 weeks that he has been working there I can see how frustrated his coworkers are with him messing everyone's orders up..
I hope the manager of this location catches up to his lack of skills to operate the drive thru and assigns him to something less demanding for his needs.

I love this taco bell location for breakfast! The ladies behind the counter are so nice and the food is well-prepared! They are one of the few taco bells around here open for breakfast and I'm so glad I stumbled upon it 😍
Went to go get the five dollar box online. I only swapped out the cinnamon twist for nacho cheese which didn’t change the price then I put it in the cart and it changed to seven dollars. So then I decided to just go to Taco Bell in Port Chester on Boston Post Rd then she tells me that they don’t do the five dollar box there but yet I’m looking at it on the menu in the drive-through. Then I said it’s fine whatever I’m starving so I want my food so then I got two of thoses “$5 boxes” and it turned to $22 when it should’ve been just $10. And she told me again that they don’t do the five dollar box there. If you don’t do that offer then why do you have it on the menu and at that price ? Did I get my food? Yes, because I was starving. But if I was not starving, I would have just left. DONT ADVERTISE SOMETHING THAT IS FALSE.
