The food may be okay but be very mindful of your credit card bill. My daughter dined with her friend here recently. Her credit card was charged twice in error! The credit card company reversed the duplicate charge to my daughter's account but Taqueria La Picardia refused to reimburse the funds. Terrible.

I have been searching for a burger that I can rave about, FOUND!!!! Last night our crew was in search of tacos. I opted to have a burger. Wow, the complex flavors of the beef mixture was outstanding, I had the Caribbean burger it was moist. It was unbelievable with the mango, the white fried cheese, and the garlic saucejust put me over the edge. I can't stop thinking about going back and it will be way sooner than later.

There was nobody in the place (interesting decor!) and it took 45 mins for the food to come out. Tacos were okay..not great...not bad. I thought everything could have tasted a bit fresher.

Perfect place to grab a bite before a show at the Cap. So much fun looking at all the heady decor and memorabilia on the walls, and the tacos were some of the best I've had.

Just recently discovered this gem located right across the street from the Cap! Perfect for a quick bite after a show finishes as they really are one of the only spots still open in the area for late night food and drinks. Service is very friendly and speedy, it's a very small restaurant so it's eat and leave but not in a mean way at all. It's a quaint little spot filled with collections of music from artists who have performed at the Capital Theater and alot of Grateful Dead memorabilia. The food is phenomenal, well portioned sizes, and honestly pretty cheap prices. They serve drinks here as well love their margaritas. I look forward to every visit we come here!
