Delicious from start to finish. Fresh warm bread and rich olive oil, glass of white Greek wine, Lima beans in tomato sauce, deboned red snapper (and fried dough dessert with honey-on the house! Thanks!) Can’t wait to return for another Capitol theater show to have some Telly’s!

Not a familiar Greek menu. Spanakopeta with spinach and Feta cheese whipped in a thick mush placed in a wheat crust? Unimaginative, experimental, and overpriced menu. Oversolicitous service . Design is perfect for a restaurant. Atmosphere is alive, spacious, and open. Too bad, when we entered , I expected a distinctive dining. Disappointed.

This should be your go to place for either Greek food or for a beautiful place for any special event. Ask for Alex, he is the diamond in an otherwise gem of a restaurant. Enjoy and bon appetit!!

Telly’s Taverna was an absolute joy from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with the kind of warmth and hospitality that’s hard to come by these days. The staff was genuinely friendly, super attentive, and made us feel completely at home.
The food? Incredible. Everything we ordered tasted fresh, vibrant, and deeply authentic. But the standout for me was the halloumi, easily the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly grilled, rich in flavor, and such a satisfying texture.
The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, perfect for a laid-back dinner with friends or family. I’ll definitely be coming back, this spot is a gem.

Honestly, I found the menu a bit intimidating at first, but that’s probably because I’ve never dined at a traditional Greek restaurant—just more fast-casual spots. I decided to stick with some safe choices: the Greek salad and avgolemono soup, and both were absolutely delicious. Surprisingly, I also ordered a margarita, and it was fantastic! Our server, Alex, was wonderful and provided excellent service throughout the meal.

We are waiting to hear back from manager to discuss a “missing meal” that was ordered but arrived at least 20 minutes later than everyone else’s entree. Waiter said the kitchen didn’t put order in for moussaka… I felt horrible that one of our guests had to share our meal while she waited for her food. Happy birthday to me?
Yes, staff was friendly but not experienced.

Staff are so sweet, food is fantastic my new favorite place. Taking all
my friends and colleagues here!!!
Main course was terrible served tepid warm and no flavor. The taramasalata & tzatziki was ok but service was terrible. Served the main course just a few minutes after appetizers. Definitely skip this restaurant

Best Greek food in the states. Wish I had discovered it sooner. And the staff are the best too :)
Loved the food & service
We had a very pleasant experience here. First off, the inside of the restaurant is amazing; very clean, spacious and tasteful decor. We came here after watching a movie at the AMC theater.
We ordered wine and beer and they have a decent selection for both. For the meal, we ordered the Meat Combo and Seafood combo. The meat was cooked well and had a nice char on it. The seafood was also tasty.
The server was friendly and checked in on us several times.
It is a bit on the pricier side, but given the quality of service and food, I don’t mind paying the extra for a great experience.
Kid-friendliness: Our kids had no issue eating here as the flavors were mild and well seasoned.

The food was fantastic and the service even better I took my 8 year old grandson there with his brother 5 and wife got carried away and ordered 5 entrees for 2 adults and 2 kids we literally had more twice what we needed the take home was like take out. It was great on day 2 and 3 .the kids had ice cream one scoope each and that night they were sold out of cake so they made a greek yogurt parfait with a candle and eight young waiters and waitresses sang happy birthday. It was really great the kids were beaming and I looked at bill and thought it can't be this low turns they comped us the ice cream x2 and the yogurt parfaits. The bill was like 135 and we took home dinner for the next night and them some. Very uncharacteristic for me I. Left a 50 dollar bill in cash while paying with a 4.5 % back cash card. I really liked the place. It was a little. Loud but it was Saturday night ' <
