Arrived to this location at 12am, I was told to order online because they were technically closed and only accept online orders. I ordered online and while waiting for my order, one of the staff began taking orders for a couple of walk ins. The same one taking orders, handling cash, scratching his head, also wiping his nose went back to handling fries without washing his hands or wearing any gloves. No one had gloves on. Then there was another associate who only spoke Spanish, some customers tried to ask her a question or two and she couldn’t help them. She’d redirect them to the young man handling the register and fries. A customer who picked up his order 10 mins prior to me arriving comes back because they forgot to put an order of fries and honey mustard in his bag. The kicker was he had to repeat himself multiple times, to all 3 staff members there. What was annoying was that the young man who was handling the cash and handling the fries was trying to be helpful since it was only 3 of them back there and I could clearly tell she was not too fond of him. And not letting him help out. After 40mins. of waiting she calls my order by the wrong name. After I literally just asked for my order since the screen said it was ready. The lack of organization, competence, team work and cleanliness is the main reason I will never step foot in this place. If it weren’t for my son I would’ve left and canceled my order, he was the one who asked for wingstop. And I made it clear to him I will never order him food from there again.

My recent visit to the Wing Stop in Port Chester, NY, was truly excellent! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was top-notch.
I opted for the chicken tenders, and they were perfectly cooked – crispy on the outside and juicy within. The lemon corn was a delightful surprise; it was a unique and incredibly tasty side that I highly recommend. And for a drink, their unsweetened iced tea was just right – refreshing and a perfect complement to the meal.
What really set this Wing Stop apart was the exceptional staff. The girls working there were absolutely amazing – friendly, efficient, and made us feel right at home. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Pedro, who was incredibly friendly, clearly very proud of his team and his restaurant, and genuinely so nice to us. His enthusiasm was contagious and really added to the positive experience.
It's clear that the Port Chester Wing Stop prioritizes both great food and outstanding customer service. I left feeling completely satisfied and impressed. If you're in the area and craving some delicious wings or tenders, you absolutely have to stop by and experience their fantastic hospitality!

I ordered the new kick lemon garlic wings and it took me a full hour to get the food only to find out it is not the new lemon garlic flavor that I ordered. As the staff is not able to speak English, I have to ask another customer to translate and only to find out the reason I don’t get the flavor I ordered is because they are running out of the sauce! That is how ridiculous it is!

Terrible experience. Ordered for pick up yesterday and went there past 30 minutes so that I can pick up . Went there and the ladies said it will take them 10 minutes to get the order ready. Came back after 10 minutes and order was not ready. I asked them how long more and they kept staring at me. They took an hour to get a pick up order ready. Seriously this store needs to fire these employees there as they are the reason why this business will keep getting worse. They will put the STOP to the WingStop !!!

The food is good for what it is (though a tad overpriced imo) i just get boneless wings. But tbh making people pay for blue cheese is actually diabolical so i just wanted to say that

Garlic parm chicken tenders are crispy and tasty. 😋 Fries could be better. The iced tea tasted like chlorine. The floor was a bit sticky.

The single dirtiest place I've been to. Employees are rude and if you think of ordering takeout ...DONT! I've given this place 3 tries. Last night was the 3rd and last time. For the 3rd time my order was wrong. The veggies were wrapped in a wet napkin. The order bag was also wet. I ordered wings and got tenders....the tenders were also wet with what I was hoping is water. I wish I could give this place negative stars! An absolute joke of an establishment!! NEVER EAT FROM THIS PLACE!

Came in for an online pickup and was greeted with a nasty attitude. He continued with his nasty attitude even afterwards. From now on will be going out of my way to go to Buffalo Wild Wings.

I got my order missing two crispy tenders meals and when I told them, they showed no concern for what happened. I had to wait for another 30 mn and then they put the two meals in one box and when I asked for an extra box, one of the employees (tall guy) didn't like it and started to be rude and impolite...I don't recommend anyone to go there and be treated badly.

Ok, first the guy who was taking the order had a attitude his name is Malik he called my father bro and was just a weirdo he was on a call while taking orders and just not doing his job. They put my order on the pickup and weren’t paying attention so they never called my name to get it so it was just sitting for 15 minutes just for me not to get my food. Then when we told them the worker didn’t let us now and he should pay attention he started back talking and started arguing saying it wasn’t his fault and screaming very unprofessional looks like they just hire anyone at this point😬😬
