Ordered my food, there was a wait because they were extremely busy. But there was a young lady there with glasses. If she isn’t the manager already, she should be. The way she handled every order, went to the back, packed everything, brought things to the table, packed orders, gave other orders to the other employee, restocked and just kept going without missing a beat. Work ethic to be admired.

Came here the other day with a friend and we both got food poisoning :( very upset because it was our first time trying wingstop. The tenders were great but the fries tasted like cardboard and were very overcooked. The service was great though.

I ordered 1 sandwich, literally 1, they said it would take 10 min, I had an Uber coming that was 17 minutes away, long story short my Uber canceled and I’m still waiting for my food 30 minutes later, don’t order here if you have anything planned for the rest of your day

I drove 30 minutes with my friends to try Wingstop for the first time and they did NOT disappoint. We walked in and the kind man at the register, Steven, immediately welcomed us and took our order. The store was spotless and service was impeccable. The ambiance was comforting and welcoming. We were told the food would take 15 minutes and it took less than 10. Not only that, it tasted absolutely amazing. Best wings i’ve ever had. We enjoyed our food and Steven asked us how we liked it. We told him it was amazing and he was so polite and happy to hear it. Throughout the meal he asked if we needed anything, and always made sure we were taken care of. Before we left we talked for a while longer and promised him we’d be back. Steven should win World’s best employee and everyone at this Wingstop location deserves a raise. We need more Steven’s in this world. He is so pure and kind-hearted. Keep doing what you’re doing Steven! You’re going places.

The fries and burger were very delicious! The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was quite calm.
One of the absolute worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. First of all everything is dirty and sticky- the doors, the floor, the countertops, the walls! Literally everything has a sticky residue on it. Also aside from the very nice girl at the counter who was very sweet and helpful, the customer service was very poor. The soda machine was out of almost every soda brand except Coke and Fanta…We had to ask for everything- straws, napkins, ketchup, even toilet paper!…Both bathrooms were horrifically dirty too… We also had to wait for AN HOUR to get our wings and the place was dead, besides us (party of two) there was one other family waiting for their wings and we both sat waiting for an hour. Ridiculous! We will never be back.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is NOT wheelchair accessible, you can only reach the door if you go up a flight of stairs- no ramp installed of course

no trash can, all sodas were out of order except 3 offbrand ones. ordered there took 40 minutes and were the only people in there except 2 others didnt call any names except one tht wasnt ours. finally gave other people who came in after us their food and when we asked it was sitting behind the counter the whole time. they made eye contact with us multiple times and asked if it was "sianna" and i told him no its "bianca" said ok. left it at that. until we finally asked wheres the food: then they gave it to us. took total 40 minutes

Makes sense why this place has 2 stars. Order pick up says 15 minutes but have been waiting for over 50 minutes now and still no order. The staff here is also rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your time and money.

Ordered 2 (4) pc tenders and 2 fries online. Got home after pickup and found only 1 order of chicken. Tried calling several times, went to an answering service. Finally got through. Was on hold for 17 minutes so I called back. Was then told whoever picked up the order only took 1 bag there were 2. I told the woman, I was the one who picked up the order and there was only 1 bag not 2. I'm sure there was supposed to be 2, but there wasn't. Had I known the actual size of their containers I would have known the order wasn't all there. I was told to call back and yell at the manager. I was not yelling on the phone. I should have known. The operation looked like I was watching the keystone cops. The tenders and fries were only mediocre. Not going back
