Omg Angel was the greatest bartender ever and it was the first time trying the cheeseburger shot and all I can say is omg it was fn amazing!!! This is definitely a place I can't wait to visit again the atmosphere and the music is great!!

Had the smoked meat charcuterie board. It was AMAZING! It was huge and could’ve fed 8+ people easily. The mac and cheese was delicious. Also loved the cornbread. Server was excellent but service was slow due to her being the only person tending bar and waiting on tables. We will most definitely go back and recommend to people!

The boyfriend and I went in a few weeks ago when we noticed the parking lot wasn't packed. (A restaurant with a full parking lot is always a great sign.) Staff was super personable and treating the regulars like family or close friends. I ordered the pulled pork. I'm fairly picky with bbq, and that's always a personal test if I'm going to like the rest of their food next time. Omg. It was so juicy and tender. My boyfriend ordered the 3 meats, and I ended up eating a little of each of those as well. Not one single complaint, only compliments from us... We'll definitely be back.

I am from out of town, and I've been stationed all over the world as an Active Duty member, but as it stands, I am worried that I will never experience the wings and burger from here again. I have no ties to this place, but I am feeling that if I don't speak truth of here, I will feel guilty. It's the absolute best wings AND best burger I've ever had. Also, I felt like it's the most inviting environment around. Also, Chelsea is the best...hope she works all the time.

I know my BBQ. It's much of what I do and love. I have been smoking meat and charcoal/wood cooking for 25 years. I even built a few smokers in my day. Been to many "BBQ" restaurants to be mostly disappointed. I will tell you Fat Cowboys is very good ! I went straight for the brisket and ribs and was very pleased with the amount of smoke flavor, tenderness and portions. Most BBQ places, the Brisket is often served dry lacking in flavor, Not here. Ribs are fresh and not over sauced with just the right amount of smoke. Sides, (broccoli salad and baked beens) were exceptional. Service was also very good. I will be going back.

Went to The Fat Cowboys BBQ on Thursday with friends visiting from out of town. We all love really good wings which are sometimes hard to find. Well let me tell you, they were AMAZING! We got the smoke style in 3 different flavors. Not only were the flavors perfect, but the wings were quality chicken, smoked to perfection! Angel our server was knowledgeable and friendly even though it was getting busy with Karaoke night. It's a family-friendly laid back kind of place in the country. We'll be back for the ribs and brisket!! Delicious!!

Fantastic food and service!Took the family here for lunch. It was the first time they had been there and we all left talking about how good it was. Highly recommend the pickle wings. They were so unique, I don't know if I can ever go back to a tradition wing flavor. Cannot wait to go back.

We were pleasantly surprised. Comfy atmosphere and very friendly staff. Angel was awesome and the food was fantastic. They don't skimp on the portions either. I got pulled pork, broccoli salad, and crackaroni and it was enough for three people. Hubby got the half rack of ribs that was more like a full rack. We also sampled the wings and must say they were like ones we are used to in Buffalo. Fantastic! We will definitely be going back.
The best local food I've had. Family favorite. WING NIGHT!!! Angel is the best server/bartender she remembers me and my family and our drinks. Can't go wrong eating here and great service. Owners are amazing.

We heard about this place from a friend and decided to check it out. The food was so amazing. Amazing flavors! The atmosphere was friendly and the server, Teri, she was amazing and very knowledgeable with the menu. We will definitely dine there again soon!Wheelchair accessibility: Completely wheelchair accessible. But all the tables but 1 are high tables.

This is one of the better places to get wings in town, they use good chicken and they cook it nicely. They have overload of wing flavor choices and some are better than others, the hot standard buffalo is very solid. The service is always very kind when we stop by and the atmosphere is laid back.

Hands down one of the best restaurants in upstate ny. Never fail with the food, amazing service, great time! Every staff member I’ve encountered there are always so attentive and helpful and the food is delicious and such a good price. I feel like they are one of the only restaurants that didn’t jack up their prices this year. Will continue to go back and highly recommend!!

This place is a hidden gem. Not overcrowded. Food is amazing. The staff are down to earth and you can't beat the price. We go Tuesday night for wing night. $8 wings you can get grilled with so many flavor choices. And battered cauliflower. Yum. It's nice to be able to have a night out without breaking the bank. Rare. Thumbs up guys.
