The pictures say it all. We ordered delivery. Two of these same bagels were ordered. Barely any cream cheese and only on 1 side. This was an everything w/cream cheese, bacon & jalapeños ~ $10-11 each. It's advertised as 6 slices of bacon on the menu. There were maybe 3 slices, cut into halves. Trying to support local becomes challenging when this is what's they're sending out. Hopefully, they will work on quality and execution.

My experience was amazing but my BEC was incredible I mean look at it. This is the ockiest bagel I’ve had on Long Island in a long time. And the service was great they called me by name which I love. Def coming here again for a BEC the Ocky way ?

My experience was not positive. The staff does not pay attention to you. I called in my order (chicken salad hero for $16.00) to pick up so I would not have to wait too long. I stood at the counter for 10 mins while 3 employees were laughing and chatting and the man at the register would not look up from his paperwork. Finally I said something and it turned out my order was ready but they just did not care. This place is clean but way overpriced for the small portions. Only half of the hero had chicken salad on it. And if you are going to overcharge then at least provide good service. It was clear that staff and ownership does not care about customer service or food quality. I felt stupid and will not go there again and I will tell everyone I know. There is a reason the place was empty.

Ordered avocado toast with eggs and they literally charged me for the whole thing and just gave me eggs on a plate. Waited another 20 minutes for them to make it again rest of food was cold. Never coming here
