My experience was not positive. The staff does not pay attention to you. I called in my order (chicken salad hero for $16.00) to pick up so I would not have to wait too long. I stood at the counter for 10 mins while 3 employees were laughing and chatting and the man at the register would not look up from his paperwork. Finally I said something and it turned out my order was ready but they just did not care. This place is clean but way overpriced for the small portions. Only half of the hero had chicken salad on it. And if you are going to overcharge then at least provide good service. It was clear that staff and ownership does not care about customer service or food quality. I felt stupid and will not go there again and I will tell everyone I know. There is a reason the place was empty.

wish i could give zero stars. if you want the most expensive bacon egg and cheese you've ever payed for on the island while also having it taste like it came out of a microwave come here! service is terrible and they tried to charge me 3.00$ for a arizona.

I went here quite by accident - but it was a great mistake...! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. And the bagels are terrific! Nicely sized yet soft and easy to eat. Too many places have smaller, tough bagels - If you hate that kind, you'll love Bagelicious bagels!

Ordered avocado toast with eggs and they literally charged me for the whole thing and just gave me eggs on a plate. Waited another 20 minutes for them to make it again rest of food was cold. Never coming here

First off, the two young girls working were so rude from the second I walked in and were clearly talking about me- my eyelashes to be exact (I'm good at reading lips) and staring at me while doing so, before I even got a hello or how can I help you...? So weird and bratty lol. I always walk in with a smile and am polite soo I'm not sure what that was about. Then I get my bagel- I asked for an egg everything bagel with veggie cream cheese- not a pound of veggie cream cheese with a bagel... honestly, who the hell wants this much cream cheese on their bagel?!?! Holy crap. I know they have to put a certain amount but damnnnn. Do less.

Not even one star!!! My husband ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and I ordered sausage egg and cheese on a bagel, two 14oz orange juices, and medium iced coffee. The total was 32.15 I was beyond in complete shock. I questioned why it was expensive and the people who worked there became nasty and said it's what I ordered. I ordered a black iced coffee and the lady gave me a iced coffee with milk and gave me the nastiest look. Workers are not nice here don't go here.
