Baskin-Robbins

This place needs a deep cleaning and staff needs to be told how to be clean. Watching an employee put butter on their hands like cream so they can put gloves on is disgustingly gross. They need to have a staff that doesn’t discuss with their customers that some foods might not be in stock when you order online. I’m fine with change but not after I watch you through it together then tell me. How do you know I don’t have a certain type of issue with that food it self. Just make it and expect me to take it?? I’d rather drive in the other direction of where I need to be to get a clean and correct order. Also seeing the counter tops and machines on the Baskin Robins side have food all over it and gunk in the machines at 10am shows they haven’t cleaned things in some time. But that’s my option. Anyone can have ice cream at anytime they want.

Do not come to this location. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I came here to use my coupons and buy some donuts. The front person wasn’t not even trying to help. Not a welcoming place, definitely needs better attention to who they hiring. This person was not willing to scan the QR I wanted to use from my purchase. He was so RUDE AND JUST TELL ME TO PAY INSTEAD OF TRYING TO USE MY CODE. HE said that is NOT his problem, but the company. He didn’t event try to solve my issue and just keep telling me that it can’t be use and that everyone comes and has the same problem. If that is the issue why THEY HAVE NO FIX IT, WHY THEY DONT TRY TO MAKE UP FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. This attitude is unacceptable when clearly of their scanners and their system that is falling. Save your time stress and bad services.

It would be nice if this location had the flavors they list as available. I can accept they didn't have my first choice but they didn't have my 2nd or third either.I won't be wasting time on this location again.

My coupon on my phone wasn’t working the person working began being so rude. And it was my birthday I was just trying to get the free scoop. Had such an attitude and didn’t care he was showing it. Horrible service

Ordered uber eats ice cream sundaes for Mother's Day and they messed up all 5 orders. I can accept messing up 1, but 5 shows carelessness. There were 5 2 scoop sundaes. 3 came as 1 scoop with no toppings, and 2 came with toppings in a 2 scoop container but only 1 scoop of ice cream. Tried calling them to correct the mishap but nobody answered 3 hours before closing. Next time I will order from the Coram location. I gave 2 stars because it was still cold when I got it.

Every time I order curbside pickup I wait and wait in the spot marked curbside pick up, the Indian lady stares at me and laughs. When she is there she just leaves the coffee on the counter until I go in and get it myself. I dont have a problem getting it but if they won't offer curbside they should take that option off the app. At least I don't wait for 20 minutes waiting for an iced coffee that now has no ice left. HORRIBLE SERVICE and ATTITUDE, she just laughs when I ask her why she doesn't do curbside. Ive been going there for years at least twice a day but since this lady started working there I would rather drive to the Setauket or Coram store.. Every one else there is very nice but I will not go there again.

I stopped at this dunkin and the person behind the counter was very rude and actually began to argue with me. At 6:30 in the morning!! I will NEVER go to this location. Stay away!!!!

I stood there while people looked at me no one said just a minute or I'll be right with you. No service they don't get my money and I'm very disappointed I'm sure the ice cream is wonderful but I wouldn't know now would I??!!

Just got a birthday cake for my mom, found 2 hairs, right on top when I was putting candles on the cake. Normally I don’t write reviews, but this was gross. Makes me question the hygiene practices at this facility

Once again, a 24 hr location, closed. Highly disappointed. If the locations are NOT 24 hrs then they should not be stated as such. Please fix.
