Order honey maple ham, get home and go to make my sandwich for lunch the next day. Guess what?? It was Turkey. Seriously??
I've been told that this facility provides excellent service. And I learned quite the opposite today for my first visit end last
I requested a roast beef sandwich with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. However, I did forget to ask for salt and pepper and a slice of onion on it. And when I asked if they could open the sandwich to put that on there, The management told me that the sandwich was made, and that they were closing in five minutes.
So much for customer service and satisfaction did not realize that a slice of onion would be so much to ask for especially after the sandwich. Cost me $15.75 on a roll!!!!
I bought 80 bucks worth of cold cuts , bread and salads , we go to eat the coleslaw and there was a long hair in it. I called spoke to Will and he stated I could bring it in when I took it back he said” where is the hair” of course it was gross and we threw it out and he states with out the hair i can’t take back!! Like I was lying ( these people are ruthless and hungry for money) I will never go back.
First off we really like this store anyway but this week we catered a holiday party and decided to order a 4' hero and it was the best party hero I've ever had. Awesome. Forget the other places and consider them next time.
I have gone here for cakes and pies for years. This year I bought 3 carrot cake, pecan pie and apple caramel pie and all were stale. It was very embarrassing served at Thanksgiving.
In the past, i would frequent this Lil hidden gem. I would pick the boys up lunch a couple of times a week. They have great lunch specials that are totally worth it. And super yummy n filling. Always run in on wednesdays to grab dessert for my family as well. In the past , we all loved their pies, loaf cakes, and carrot cake. However, lately, the frosting is less, and loaf cakes seem dry. Even the crumb cakes. Ugh I tried the blueberry and the pumpkin crumb.
I feel like in the past, there was less quantity.. like some times they would be out of one of the pie options and there was less to choose from but whatever I did grab was absofuknlootely delish.
But lately, there is allot more quantity.. more options and it seems whatever I end up with had not been as yummy. It's been either dry, lacking choc chips or frosting or crusty, and lacking flavor. Thankfully, I don't spend too much moola. But unfortunately, fam n I have been getting disappointed a bit too much.
Ugh. Hate that. Register ppl are always helpful n friendly.
I don't want to give up on this place, but I am gonna give them a break. I'd rather have quality over quantity. I'd rather have less options, and it be delish than have too many options and it be a blah
Get ur shit together.
I’ll tell you exactly what happened I went to buy some items $77 worth and then a 1520 minutes later I go to return it because I didn’t want the stuff and they told me they couldn’t except any returns but another words you could spend money there, but they won’t give it back. She is a one-way street. They don’t take care of the customer so I will never go there again and never ever recommend them to anyone. In fact, I’m telling people not to go there because of that.
The younger, heavyset girl at the deli counter is so unbelievably brain dead. Can’t comprehend what a half pound means or what “sliced thin” means.
THIS PLACE SUCKS FOR THEIR HEROS.
We ordered a chicken cutlet hero for a send off to our boss and I picked up the hero .
All great right …WRONG !!!!!
The chicken bread crumbs were white and gross.and cooked the night before, the chicken wasn’t even sliced .. It was a huge hunk of chicken on bread .
How ***** embarrassing!!!
We called the to inquire and nobody gave a ***. They said they don’t cook the chicken , it gets delivered and they just make the sandwich. Yeah … well never again !!!
SEE YA BUTTERCUP!!!! ONE TIME ONLY , NEVER AGAIN .
Normally, I have a good review of this local store but I'd like to take the time to thank Ethan, specially for going beyond anything one usually sees in a younger employee now a-days, thank you for giving me hope that the next generations aren't beyond consideration to others and pride of one's job.

Great local Deli/Market/Bakery. Everything is always fresh, and the help is great.
I've been getting my cold cuts here for decades. during my visit on 11/19 I asked for my ham to be sliced very thin/shredded. when checking out I notice an additional charge for "shredding meat". I ask and find out the deli is now charging extra if you want your cold cuts sliced a certain way. No indication of that anywhere in the store but that's what's happening. I've had it with all these extra charges and tip jars everywhere. Left the cold cuts at the counter and I'll happily go somewhere else!
Loved this place since I was a kid, my favorite spot for deli items, and quick trips. They also have wonderful homemade cookies, breads. I just wish it was a little bigger!
This store is basically more than a delicatessen but just a little less than a super market. Generally, in a pinch, you'll probably find what you need there saving a few minutes and two major highways.
