I frequent this restaurant. Love the authentic flavors…the food is tasty and if I am unsatisfied with something, once voiced to the owner will address it without hesitation. That’s service!

First and last time there. I ordered that curry goat meal. Which cost me $20 . The rice and peas, and cabbage are bland. The goat is bony( it has a lot of bones in it), and to top it off, there was a piece of hair in my food. Therefore, I had to throw it away

Drove by this place didn’t know existed. Saw oxtail on a menu. My boyfriend loves it so I decided to buy some for him. I just wanted oxtail. It was $25 a pound. He tried to get me to buy 2 pounds. No one even weighed it. I don’t think I’ll be back, even though the food was good. I just feel like I was ripped off.

This place hurt my heart because I desperately wanted to LOVE this place! I was sooooo happy to see my culture food local to my job! The drive thru is amazing! So I had to return to make sure I was fair. First day, I got curry goat! I was told Large was the only option. I spent $40.00 in which I thought that’s a bit much with drink/patty. Was sure to tell the best host “easy on the rice and more cabbage” they complied and we spoke briefly of establishment. I told him I’d leave a review. This day was rice, cabbage and a lot of gravy & bones! Hurt my heart… Not the money but I knew I had to leave a review. Decided to return for REDEMPTION! Told the same host my experience and from my opinion he should’ve maybe offered a discount but I got oxtails and this time a medium was an option with a patty and drink! Despite it being a medium, it was oxtails and it was still $30.00 for rice/bones, cabbage with plantains (not ripe enough for me) I think it’s stewed for so long that the meat falls off the bones and they pile it up (well not really bec the portions don’t really match the price for me. Patties were delicious. Unfortunately, I won’t be back here unless it’s for a patty. Dinners are too pricy to be paying for rice. One last thing, asked for extra gravy and I had to circle back it’s like gravy is gold and they don’t be trying to give it up! All and all I wish the establishment well but after 70$ spent I’m not satisfied outside the patty! I forgot to mention ALL of the gravy, rice, cabbage was good and the tif bit of meat, that was available was flavorful and good. They just need to pile up the way they love to pile that rice on at those prices. Added pics to show you how much of my portion of oxtails was bones and the goat was WORST

All of the workers were super nice. Broke down all the foods and options and what they recommend. Got home and my whole family tried the food and it was all amazing. The jerk chicken is out of this world. Beef patty was amazing. Then all the sides in the dish complimented the chicken perfectly. The best plantains I’ve ever had and it’s not even close. Everything is so fresh and delicious! Will be back very soon maybe even every week because the prices for the portions may be the best part!

Great service and food! I was immediately met with awesome hospitality from Patrick. Steven THE CHEF is by far the best! Definitely recommend checking this place out as this is my go to for Jamaican food

Food is okay but what's with the excessively loud music outside? Are you trying to scare off people and get a noise violation? Can't even sit outside to eat. Hard pass.
