This place feels like it hasn’t changed in decades! There is a place next-door now that plays really loud music, so it’s a bit tricky to stay and hang out. But we all took our ice cream to-go and reminisced about times past and how some of the ice cream cake designs here haven’t changed since we were teenagers! Good to know some things don’t change; it was really a fun place to have a bit of a reverie.

They never fill the sundaes and soft ice cream cups completely. They’re like 3/4 full even when there is no topping!!! Everything is expensive enough. You think they could fill the ice cream containers up with ice cream!

SENT ME TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM!!!!!!!I've been a Carvel customer for years, have always ordered the same thing- chocolate chip ice cream with chocolate chips, never had a problem. This location is always run down, but this time I was given WALNUTS along with my chocolate chips, because their topping station was so sloppy. Not even like you could say it was busy. I was the only customer in there at the time, it was just not clean.I became anaphylactic and had to go to the emergency room- something that could have killed me, and the managers at this location don't want to hear about it. All they care about is that is not getting in trouble with the owner for keeping a sloppy shop. Never apologized ever, was rude and nasty to me, and said she didn't care if it had been a child who'd been given something they're allergic to, that even if a customer dies it's not her problem. They couldn't care LESS about you as a customer, as long as you pay. Do yourself a favor and use the Baskin Robbins or the Sundaes down the street. Absolutely disgusting!!

This Carvel location has existed for many years. Ample parking and well staffed. We were a group of seven and our orders were handled quickly.
