if i could put 15 stars for service i would.
on saturday august 30th i forgot my purse in a booth (any woman with a flustered mind like myself knows this happens). tiffani found it after i called frantic over it, reassured me it was here and untouched and complimented my labubu for how cute it was. she retrieved my bag for me and was so kind and cheered me up. she deserves a raise and a forehead kiss please give it to her and girl if you're reading this lmk if you need your labubus teeth bedazzled like mine!!!

I want to sincerely thank everyone at the Port Jefferson Chick-fil-A for the wonderful experience I had. From the friendly cashiers at the front to the dedicated food management staff, the service went above and beyond my expectations.

Not only was my catering order handled with care, but the manager personally delivered the food to my daughter’s birthday party and even took the time to thank me for choosing Chick-fil-A. That level of professionalism and kindness truly stood out.

A special thank you to Rozen for being so helpful throughout the process. I deeply appreciate the entire team at the Port Jefferson location for making our celebration so memorable.

I love chick fil a and go there all the time. Only complaint is wait time. No matter which way you order, you wait a long time. Drive through is always extremely long. Mobile order takes even longer. If you do curbside you will watch the whole drive though line go before you even get your order. Choose to go inside? You'll wait forever while the Uber and door dash people get in and out. Other than that, the workers are extremely friendly and the food is great. They almost never mess up your order, and the 1 or 2 times out of hundreds they did make a mistake, they gave me free food card or on the app.
