It's chipotle. Topping are awesome. One star off because the meat is always overcooked but that's probably a health dept thing or so they don't get sued for undercooked meat. I make these at home when I'm not a lazy, fat pig which is never.

Whoever owns this spot really needs to focus on customer service training. I used to visit this location a lot because I work in the area however, after one too many negative interactions I decided to give it a break. Now, imagine my surprise walking into this place at 8:02 on a Thursday night, seeing 5/6 team members hanging out in an empty restaurant just talking having a good ole hangout session. 2 of them behind the serving counter looks me up and down, no acknowledgment btw. The others seemed to be on break (I hope). A few moments goes by, I’m patiently waiting for someone to acknowledge me, say hello, mam I’ll be right with you, just finishing up, something anything, not a word!! After 2 minutes of standing there feeling like I was interrupting a hangout session, I politely walked right back out. This place is never even all that clean either. A little customer service would go a long way. Jesus Christ.
Need to be cleaner on the assembly line. They often cross contaminate items because they are rushing. I am a vegetarian and had a piece of steak in my black beans because of this. When grabbing the Barbacoa meat, they will have it leak into the queso.

Don’t order here I want my refund! I paid extra for the new bowl and there was no meat in there only rice and toppings! I WOULD LIKE MY REFUND THANK YOU!

The food was so good! Our server Ethan was kind and pleasant. We had a small issue with the order but the manager immediately rectified it and ensured we had a good experience. Very impressed with the level of professionalism and how much I enjoyed my meal 10/10 thank you!

Went to get a bowl..waited online to pay..cashier grabs my bowl gives it to the people in front of me..no big deal..I wait for them to make me another one..then time to pay $21 bucks..I said that for this?? Yea double meat..I never asked for double meat..explained I never asked for then only for the workers to look around in circles..paid the money cause people are also waiting..won’t be going back unfortunately..in the pic..yea ain’t no double meat there

Love chipotle sm! Prices are good and food is made well. They don’t give as much food at this location as others, but manager is superb nice. Staff and atmosphere is typical chipotle

I usually go to the selden location but after spending 12 hours in the emergency room I was in this area and decided to get dinner on my way home. I always order the same thing in selden and it is always excellent but this location?.....not so much. First of all, upon opening my chicken bowl i found that it had been slopped with about a bucket of queso, which half ended up all over my new shirt. Then i noticed the 2 pounds of shredded cheese on top. As i started digging thru the mess to find the rice, there was hardly any in there. My first bite of chicken had something really hard in it that i almost broke a tooth on, but.....i decided, since i was starving, that i would soldier on and eat another piece....big mistake, another hard piece. I was grossed out at this point plus my mouth was on fire from whatever the hell they put on it (it's never been THAT spicy at the other location). So now I try to call and speak to a manager and I get a robot asking me what I want to order. I say I wanna speak to a manager and she says the staff doesn't take phone calls.
I am hungry and pissed off and my mouth is still on fire. I want my $22 back.
I will never be eating at this location ever again.

Skimping on the portions. Theres no reason EVERY SINGLE other chipotle I ever went to has given me more food than this location. Staff is rude and seems like they don’t want to work. Unprofessional look. Eating area is ALWAYS dirty. So tired of this location existing🤣
