The rice want cooked, the meat portions were small and half of the toppings were not available because they were cleaning the inside of the tray that holds them. Two of the six drink dispensers were empty.
The person taking the order and making the food was difficult to understand.

accepted, and then refused to fulfill, online order without explanation. cannot reach anyone by phone to work out a resolution. terrible customer service.
The bowls used to be at least a pound.. and often well over. Now the bowls are 14oz. AND the price has gone up! I expect it to be more thru a delivery service .. that's ok. But now it's even higher and getting less food. Almost $40 for two bowls and a buritto wrap on the side. Terrible!!
I ordered Chipotle and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered a burrito bowl, and when I took a bite, I realized the chicken was severely burnt. It had an unpleasant, overly charred taste that completely overshadowed the other flavors in the bowl. It was tough and dry, making it hard to enjoy the meal. I’ve had good experiences at Chipotle before, but this particular experience did not meet expectations. I hope the kitchen staff pays more attention to cooking times in the future to avoid this issue.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m really frustrated with this Chipotle location. I ordered a chicken bowl with various toppings on Uber Eats on November 5th at 1 PM, but I received just a bowl of white rice, chicken, and peppers...nothing else. To make matters worse, I got three random sodas that I didn’t order, and I found not one, but three hairs in my food: two mixed in with the rice and one stuck to the tape sealing the bag. I also ordered a side tortilla, and it was rolled into a ball and wrapped in tin foil....seriously!
I visit this location frequently, and I’ve noticed that the staff always has a negative attitude. One Latina employee always death stairs customers as if they are inconveniencing her. There also seem to be a lot of new hires, with no one ever there to support them. I once had a worker go back into my bowl to remove 1 tiny piece of chicken, claiming it was "over serving." Another time, I walked in to see the manager chatting with an employee while ignoring customers for a full minute until I finally had to say, "Hello."
I really hope things improve here because it’s disappointing to experience such inconsistency in service and food quality. Till then will happily drive to Lake Grove an extra 20 min.

Covering moldy lettuce with fresh lettuce over it is crazy. I was sharing my bowl with my 1 year old and he made a face, I take a bite right after him and there was a disgusting taste in my mouth, I pull the condiments back to find mold lettuce disguised with fresh lettuce on top. Also a pink kidney bean. Since when do they serve kidney beans? Next time, please don’t give the lettuce if it’s molding

The blonde teen/20 year old girl gives me bad service every time I experience her serving me. She is rude, rushes serving you, doesn’t care about your food, and has an attitude. If you see her behind the desk, do not waste your money. My advice to her is, if it’s that bad working there find another job, or just do your job significantly better. It’s a must. Do not waste your money when she is working.

Great chipotle, the restaurant was super clean and the food was amazing, the manager Pam was super friendly and helpful. They were very patient with my two year old daughter while she was picking food, this goes a long way with me !
