Amazing pizza place where you can buy pizza pies or even slices! Extremely busy throughput the day, which means the pizza is constantly fresh and always coming out of the oven. The pizza and staff are fantastic!

Honestly a decent pizza joint I’ve been to a few times, but tonight I ordered a pie on the phone and was told that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up and was told it wasn’t ready yet, which is no big deal. I ended up waiting for over an hour asking multiple people where my pie was, with everyone saying it wasn’t ready yet and to just wait a few minutes. After the restaurant had slowed down the guy running the registers said wow you have been here for awhile what was your name and order, and he proceeded to walk and grab my pie which had been sitting on top of the oven the whole time I had been waiting. It was now soggy and warm and over all it was a disappointing experience. If you’re gonna go here go during times when it isn’t busy for better service.

The pizza is just deliciously perfect. I had a regular slice, garlic knots & a slice with mushrooms & onions. The dough is perfectly crispy, no grease dripping off your slice, soooo good, the sauce is delicious, I love that it's not acidic. Cooked right. The garlic knots... soooo good. I could just sit and eat the garlic knots. ? Colosseo only serves pizza and a few other things. It's not a place to sit and have pasta. The menu is small, but if you just want delicious pizza, you won't be disappointed.
