Giving 3 stars because overall It’s not a bad JM’s. However, when a customer walks in and the worker just stares and gives a dirty look and doesn’t say hello. Extremely rude and tall blonde woman with glasses. I sat there waiting for an order. Not once did she or the kid working with her acknowledge a customer sitting there.
So today I went to this Jersey Mikes in Pt Jef to get sandwiches for our flight back to Florida. I had accumulated shore points and decided to use some today except that when check out time came they’re system wasn’t able to use the points because apparently I had a security code ( that I never knew I had) and without me entering the code it wasn’t happening. So after a few attempts Laura the owner/mgr told me they would be on the house ! I offered to pay but she insisted...
All the workers in there look miserable and unfriendly whenever I choose to go there ,
