They don’t follow the order you place 2 times I’ve ordered the breakfast platter scrambled eggs with cheese bacon home fries and white toast my eggs had no cheese and I was givin the end piece of bread . The young lady that takes the order and rings you up is sometimes not polite .

New to the area; sent hubby to Mt. Sinai for bagels and 1/2 lb. of BH ham. He took it upon himself to go to Old Town Bagels because it’s closer. The bagels were awful. The ham was shredded. I called to complain about the shredded, not sliced, ham and suggested they hire someone who knew how to slice cold cuts. She replied, “that’s the way we serve it here.” She was serious as a heart attack. STAY AWAY!!!

The bagels are meh. They don’t know how to cut cold cuts and when I complained about the shredded 1/2 lb of ham, was told that’s how they serve it….she was serious. Since hubby was supposed to go to a shop in Mt. Sinai and chose to go to Old Town, he still had to eat the shredded ham!

My family usually orders from here. The other day they switched places and it was not good. (See other review.) I'm purposely writing this good one and posting the pics of what I got. Dad is visiting and he loves his B, E, & Sausage on a roll - ordered it 2 days in a row. This is the usual bagel sis and I get - everything, veg cream cheese, hot peppers, bacon. Thank you, it was perfect!
Best bagels around!... Freshly made all day long. OMG, even better is the vegetable cream cheese!... Delicious!

This place went downhill, the Service is terrible! I ordered 1/2doz bagels and a 1/2lb of lox, waited 25minutes before I finally left! Sad to say, I won't be back and I do not recommend anymore!
