We ordered breakfast for $7.39 they charged $7.89 !casher said that computer said is $7.89 ! We spoke to the manager he corrected for us ! But this happened many times as well as our friends ! We are regularly costumer for a long time that the price went up is Ok ! The portion smaller is Ok ! But later they start over charging costumer that is not OK.
Hoping the management can hear us !
Forgot the dressing for salad, forgot the “bread” that comes with the pick two. Atmosphere like any other Panera.

The BREAD is good, but the product between the bread is truly lacking.
I ordered the roasted chic bbq sandwich And some soup,, The French onion soup was quite tasty. However, this is the second time I’ve ever been there and both times the sandwich was just barely edible.
The chicken on the sandwich is processed so much to the point where you don’t know if it’s chicken or tuna, fish or cat food. It is just white mushy slop that looks like they chewed it up and spit it out onto your sandwich (for lack of a better analogy) the “red onion” Is soggy and stewed and not fresh at all, The only thing that was fresh was the two slices of cucumber I put on there and that’s something that I had to add separate to the sandwhich. Either way, 2 times visited and I’m not very happy with the sandwich’s at all.

Panera is just trying to be a fancy subway with soup options. The food quality is good. But the prices need much improvement. If you want a whole sandwich, a soup and a drink you will easily end up paying $20-25 easy.

They need to train their staff better if you're working the cash register. Attitudes are not pleasing. Also, I think they need a makeover over it smelled musky.
