The old lady's moving and taking up all the tables need to stop. Especially since it only happens when it's busy. THIS IS NOT YOUR HOUSE. Stop treating it like it is. I'd like to warm up.

Highly commend the managers, Paul & John on this amazing setting. Atmosphere is always friendly, tables are always clean and the food and services are impeccable. More than just a Cafe, this is a place where the community is treated well.

Do not get their big cookie... flavorless.. yukk no.
But, I'm in love with the balsamic chicken salad. In love! However, I always forget to tell them no green goddess dressing (makes me burp). And no cucumbers (same reason). Need extra dressing and feta. But I forget. Ergh! So I'm thinking.. I go there often enough.. I give them my phone number.. why can't it just be saved in their system? Seriously.
Also, can they plz bring back the ten vegetable soup... jus plz. Soup weather is coming... ooo how exciting. Pray they won't increase their prices. I find panera expensive. Anyhoo, great place to catch up w a friend. My favorite location is the one on 347 in Port jeff. Clean polite and on point. I'll be back! ?

I asked for a frozen chai. Other paneras do it and when u Google it, a picture comes up of it but yet when I asked at this location, the young and new girl told me that I was wrong, that they don't do that...I went to the qahwah lounge and they had authentic drinks with better quality taste, she did me a favor by not caring about her job.

I liked there new menu items

This bad review isn’t for the location itself but for the rebrand as a whole. The new menu is a flop. It was advertised to add better menu items and cheaper prices. The menu items aren’t anything special and they removed classics. The prices of the items aren’t different than before. The Port Jefferson location is fine and has good service, it’s the franchise as a whole that is declining.

(4/25/2024) I bought my friend a gift card here today for $25. After I bought it I realized the PIN was already scratched off. Went back in and the cashier said the money’s on there and everything should be fine. My mom thought it seemed fishy though and so she called and spoke to the manager, Vinny. Vinny said he can’t do anything about it. Can’t give us a new gift card, use the current one to buy a new one, or anything. Vinny said if anything does happen—if someone unknown does use it—he’ll “take care of it”I’ll update here if anything else does occur in this situation, and if Vinny or another manager helps us or not.THIS IS A WARNING TO CHECK THE BACK OF THE GIFT CARD BEFORE BUYING IT! MAKE SURE THE PIN NUMBER IS NOT SCRATCHED OFF!
