First time client. First impression store smells like expired food and food is boxed on the floor. Employee points to heavy boxed order for me to pick up. Instead of providing customer service and grabbing it. And/or offering to assist. Secondly, I opened a box of $200 worth of food that was warm. Customer service advised two ice packs are to be in box. Only one. Any meal company should know as soon as food starts to get warm you risk it spoiling. Throwing an icepack and some thermal paper is not sufficient to keep items such as rice and oatmeal from becoming bad. I will stick with a company that keeps my food frozen and refridgerated. Lastly, I receive a text at 10 am my box is ready for pick up. My chosen time was 4 pm. Clearly, my food has been sitting out since. I would not trust Redefine with providing safe meals again. I now have 15 meals that are ready to go into the garbage.
