After I took out the cockroach from pho soup, I figured the guts are probably boiled into the soup. Lost my appetite.Wait staff took it back immediately. We paid the bill and left. They didn't charge us for the cockroach pho.Kind of jarring, hopefully I'll just forget about this experience.
I wanted to like this place because it was right next to my favorite Thai place. Unfortunately I found a small cockroach inside my pho. Honestly it was very traumatic. I am never eating there again. I was also reading Google reviews afterwards and someone else found a cockroach in their bubble tea...... Saigon casa- please hire an exterminator......

Used to love it, bugs ruined it. In my bubble tea. I wanted to cry lol, this review needs 85 characters so I'll say I drank the entire bubble tea before I drank the bug at the bottom mixed with the boba :) fml lol. Didn't swallow it thankfully I noticed the texture was weird and spit it out. Will never return I am permanently scarred 4ever

Tried this place for the first time this past weekend and am mad at myself for not trying it sooner. I had a Green Papaya Salad with pork as an app and the Beef Pho for dinner. Everything was fantastic and will define going

I have to say i come here now and then and was always a clean friendly atmosphere. And the food was amazing. Haven’t been here 3-4 months and noticed a big change. Not as friendly and our waiter acted like we shouldn’t be there. The food not plentiful as it used to be and i felt like being rushed on checkout. Chicken in chicken soup 20 very small pieces. I will be going else where.
