This place is always very clean and with friendly customer service. I do not understand why some people are given bad reviews. Just because you need free food you do not have to put your local business down. The people who works in this store are always try their best to do a good job. I really appreciated. Whenever, me and my family visit the Port Jeff this is the only subway we go to eat.

Ordered a #10 meat portion was less than usual they forgot to put the bacon, barely toasted, they exaggerated with the vegetables and sauces. Soda machine out of coke cashier didn’t advise beforehand then told me I can grab a bottle coke and ofc fridge barely had waters and lemonades. It seemed weird that the cashier told an employee to lift up the meat cooler opener so that we couldn’t see how cheap they are with meats. Horrible place

Me and my boyfriend ordered sandwiches here around 1 p.m. this past Thursday, and the worker had a horrible attitude. Instead of just telling my boyfriend that extra meat would be an extra charge, she just kept saying she didn't have it until she realized my boyfriend didn't want the sandwich if it didn't have the meat he wanted. She also kept telling me she didn't have mozzarella cheese, even though I was staring right at it, but I didn't have the urge to argue with this woman since I saw she was obviously just going to keep being difficult.We decided to order on the app yesterday from this place to avoid having to see this woman again, but this time they gave me the wrong bread. When we asked about it, the worker said they didn't have the type I wanted, so they just gave me another one. What if I was allergic to the substitute or just didn't like it? not sure why they would just decide to change it just because they didn't have it. I would have rather had my order canceled next time.

When I got there there were 3 people in front of me with the first one being checked out. I proceeded to have to wait 15 mins before I was even helped because there was only 1 person making subs. After I left I checked my sub and the lettuce was rotten. I’m very upset with the entire experience.

They do not ask the customer what they want on their sandwhich and when you tell them they put on something that you dont want. They look at you like you have two heads. Walked out never going back again. They dont even honor coupons as per a sign they had.Going to Jersey Mikes instead.

And finally, I went today for lunch I am so glad I did it. I went to buy one sandwich and ended up buying three. Honestly, this place is really clean than the other ones. The girls working here were very kind and friendly. This place earned one happy customer.
