Do not go. The young staff are nice and very helpful but unfortunately its not enough for me to give it more than one star. They're closed every other day it seems, yet don't show that online. When they are open they almost always have mobile orders off, the only subway out of about 15 that are closest to me that does that. But apparently some days they decide to finally turn on mobile ordering just for them to be closed. I'm not sure why it is randomly on now but it turned on at a time they were not open. They never answer the phone and the days they are there is sporadic, I probably won't get my money back unless I dispute it. Save yourself the trouble.
I can never order on the app, the only subway near me that doesn’t do mobile orders and half the time i go there, it says open online yet it’s closed, on a random 3:00 afternoon on a week day
Avoid this location. Staff is rude and not helpful. Not clean at all.
This Location is filthy. Flies in the food area. Dried up cucumbers and stale toppings. I would not eat here again. Also they make up their prices and add-ons. They overcharged me for my meal and couldn't rectify the situation. I will go to the miller place location going forward.
I’m a regular customer here. The store is always clean. The employees are very careful when handling my food. Clean and hygiene. I heard that they are working on store renovation to change all their equipments. To some people here it is okay if you don’t support your local business but don’t spoil it for free food.
They burned my sandwich bread, barely put any lettuce whatsoever, and they’re so overpriced. They have a sign that says if you order a 6 inch sandwich , make it a combo. I asked for two cookies and a small drink on the side with my sandwich and the employee told me no because it wasn’t the sandwich of the day. After he finally listened and let me order a small soft drink on the side, he didn’t even tell me the ice machine was broken. On top of that, all the sodas were flat and watered down. I found strange debris in my sprite and had to dump it out and refill it. Also, this place does the know how to cut tomatoes or onions correctly. Their tomatoes were mushy and watery, and their onion slices are an inch thick. I will not be coming back to this Subway until they get new ownership.
An employee was going to attend me but he was on his phone and before making my sandwich he was on his phone texting while he knew i was there.

I made a mobile order through the Subway app for this location that went through . when I went to pick the order up they stated they could not find the order in there system . I showed them our confirmation order email and location and they simply stated they could not make us our order. There exact words were I’m sorry bro contact customer service . extremely unprofessional customer service on there part . Then when going to contact customer support there is no live agents available. Now we can not receive a refund or the food we ordered.

This place is always very clean and with friendly customer service. I do not understand why some people are given bad reviews. Just because you need free food you do not have to put your local business down. The people who works in this store are always try their best to do a good job. I really appreciated. Whenever, me and my family visit the Port Jeff this is the only subway we go to eat.

Ordered a #10 meat portion was less than usual they forgot to put the bacon, barely toasted, they exaggerated with the vegetables and sauces. Soda machine out of coke cashier didn’t advise beforehand then told me I can grab a bottle coke and ofc fridge barely had waters and lemonades. It seemed weird that the cashier told an employee to lift up the meat cooler opener so that we couldn’t see how cheap they are with meats. Horrible place
