Very clean ! We love coming here with our kids . Great selection of froyo and toppings.
Yesterday I was in the mood for a frozen coffee. I asked the very nice young woman behind the counter if they use almond milk. She stated yes we have almond milk. I told her what I i wanted in my frozen coffee she made some suggestions. Not only was she knowledgeable, kind, and patient she made me a really good frozen coffee. Thank you!!

I have to be honest I was a little disappointed. I liked that they had a lot of flavors to choose from and the person who helped me was very friendly. However, one of the machines was not working which happened to be a flavor I really wanted (peanut butter). Several of the machines that were working had fro yo that came out with varying textures. Some were kind of melted. The vanilla tasted really artificial to me. The machines needed to be wiped down, presentation wasn’t great. Floor looked pretty sticky/dirty. Maybe the texture of the fro yo was because today was really hot. I still enjoyed what I got but I definitely have had better elsewhere.
Frozen yogurt do it yourself place, as well as açaí bowls, and edible cookie dough, and a small section of hard ice cream. Place was kind of messy. Lots of toppings were on the floor. Gets to be pricey too.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star! Water was everywhere all over the floor, the owner should’ve told the kids behind the counter to close!! I witnessed someone fall. My shoe got stuck on the wet floor and I could’ve fallen. The workers were sweet I felt bad for them. Now the ice cream..as soon as we walked out my boyfriend threw his away, he couldn’t even eat it he said it tasted so watered down. I tried mine-DISGUSTING. We were going to go to carvel and I wanted to give this place a shot, we should’ve just stuck with carvel. Never again will I return!!!
Great experience! a lot of flavors and options (even Vegan). The service was outstanding, they really care about you and take their time to nail your order. Will be definitely coming back specially during the summer.

While there is a nice selection of soft and hard serve ice cream as well as toppings, smoothies and acai bowls, this venue falls short in many ways.
1 - The place is consistently dirty. The floors are always sticky - accidents/spills happen, of course, but the floor should not be sticky as soon as they open. Crumbs everywhere!
2 - The management is foolish -- there is a no sample policy. As it was explained to me, teenagers would come in to sample everything and then not buy anything. Ok, I get it. But how about not allowing minors to sample without an adult present? I was floored when I, as a mature adult, asked to sample 1 flavor and was told no for this reason - I was the only one in the store at the time. Inflexibility will not gain customers. I walked out.
3 - There is always a wait regardless if there are other customers there or not. Either the ice cream machines were not turned on when they first open in the morning or the staff takes much too long to blend a simple smoothie.
4 - Those with food allergies be cautious -- You need to watch them make your order to ensure it didn't 'slip their mind'.
The store is conveniently located but there are better/cleaner options down Port and elsewhere.

I absolutely love going here for dessert. i love the amount of different self serve flavors they offer and ones that serve people with diet restrictions! They have a gigantic topping bar compared to other establishments with a similar platform. The prices definitely are more steep then they used to when I used to venture here years ago, but it still is worth it because you can get more bang for your buck compared to Carvel. The only problem I have is the tables are always filthy.
Dietary restrictions: Carry dairy free options
Parking: Large public parking lot
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, they even support birthday parties

I’ve ordered from here before and not had issues but today I pulled a staple out my mouth after almost cutting my tongue. It was in a bite towards the bottom of my acai bowl. This is completely unacceptable!Thank God I wasn’t sharing this with my toddler like I usually do!They forgot two toppings off of my husband’s ice cream as well but compared to the staple in my food that’s the least of my worries.
They had either vanilla or chocolate, those were pretty much the only flavors available. They had quite a few toppings, the only ones i found appealing had none left. I ended up with a cup of vanilla and sprinkles. I paid for myself and my three friends. Total was $36 for 4 cups. NINE DOLLARS for vanilla ice cream with sprinkles that i didn’t even enjoy. Don’t waste your time here, go literally anywhere else. If they had more flavors or if they stocked up their toppings I maybe would consider spending 9 bucks not probably not.

First visited recently and now every time I’m in the area, I come here. The treats are excellent and there is semi-private seating by the window where I can do work on my laptop when I need to kill some time before commuting home. I’ve had several items from the menu and everything has been great, but the stand-out is the açaí bowl. So fresh and filling, I can’t stop thinking about it sometimes. ? It's been a minute since I’ve had a craving for something that I just can’t get out of my head for several consecutive days. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff is great, and I’m really happy to have found such a wonderful place to spend much of my time lately. All of the staff here really are always wonderful, I’ve never had a bad experience and have enjoyed all interactions I’ve had with them. I love Sundaes, the vast selection, the attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly staff, and I am grateful to have experienced much in my time there, as enriching as it has been enlightening. Makes me want an açaí bowl real bad…No notes!! 5 stars!!
Parking: It’s a big shopping center parking lot, I’ve never had an issue parking here.
Kid-friendliness: They do birthday parties and have game machines and there are almost always middle/high school kids in there seemingly at all hours of the day. Clearly a safe, enjoyable space that kids feel comfortable, and excited, hanging out in. This place is inherently kid friendly, but what’s more impressive is how adult friendly I have found it to be. Mellow atmosphere, great menu items, I love the fruit bowls and smoothies, and I’ve often even just gotten a cup of coffee, and, I must reiterate, great, friendly, and patient service.
Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible. The business is single story, has double doors, and the whole floor inside is flat laminate tile. As I recall there is pedestrian approach from the parking lot onto the sidewalk near the front doors.

Went in tonight with my 2 grandkids 5yr and 7yr. Had them grab the smaller white cups instead of the larger dotted cups so they didn't overfill with ice cream and candy and waste it, since I was under the impression it was charged by the weight as it had been last time I went. Well helped the 5yr old with his cup and went up to the counter and put it on the scale, while waiting for the 7yr old to come up with her cup so they could be weighted together. However the manager said I don't have to wait for her cup to weigh it cause the white cups are a flat price.......$24 and change for two small cups not even loaded. Yet the weight on the one cup that was on the scale was only 8.6 ounces which equates to about $7.65, so I ask the manager if she can just ring them up by the weight and she tells me no, than ask okay what if I dump this cups contents into a dotted cup and she still says no.....well very poor customer service and I left the cups there and walked out!!! So now not only did she lose the sale on the two cups, plus the wasted cost for the contents in the cups, but also lost a customer and received this terrible review! Foolish management especially in this day and age and even more so when the entire store was empty. Left there and went to Baskin and Robbins, got two single scoop sundaes for the kids with toppings and a double scoop with hot fudge for myself and only paid $16.25 for all three.
