First visited recently and now every time I’m in the area, I come here. The treats are excellent and there is semi-private seating by the window where I can do work on my laptop when I need to kill some time before commuting home. I’ve had several items from the menu and everything has been great, but the stand-out is the açaí bowl. So fresh and filling, I can’t stop thinking about it sometimes. ? It's been a minute since I’ve had a craving for something that I just can’t get out of my head for several consecutive days. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff is great, and I’m really happy to have found such a wonderful place to spend much of my time lately. All of the staff here really are always wonderful, I’ve never had a bad experience and have enjoyed all interactions I’ve had with them. I love Sundaes, the vast selection, the attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly staff, and I am grateful to have experienced much in my time there, as enriching as it has been enlightening. Makes me want an açaí bowl real bad…No notes!! 5 stars!!Parking: It’s a big shopping center parking lot, I’ve never had an issue parking here.Kid-friendliness: They do birthday parties and have game machines and there are almost always middle/high school kids in there seemingly at all hours of the day. Clearly a safe, enjoyable space that kids feel comfortable, and excited, hanging out in. This place is inherently kid friendly, but what’s more impressive is how adult friendly I have found it to be. Mellow atmosphere, great menu items, I love the fruit bowls and smoothies, and I’ve often even just gotten a cup of coffee, and, I must reiterate, great, friendly, and patient service.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible. The business is single story, has double doors, and the whole floor inside is flat laminate tile. As I recall there is pedestrian approach from the parking lot onto the sidewalk near the front doors.

Went in tonight with my 2 grandkids 5yr and 7yr. Had them grab the smaller white cups instead of the larger dotted cups so they didn't overfill with ice cream and candy and waste it, since I was under the impression it was charged by the weight as it had been last time I went. Well helped the 5yr old with his cup and went up to the counter and put it on the scale, while waiting for the 7yr old to come up with her cup so they could be weighted together. However the manager said I don't have to wait for her cup to weigh it cause the white cups are a flat price.......$24 and change for two small cups not even loaded. Yet the weight on the one cup that was on the scale was only 8.6 ounces which equates to about $7.65, so I ask the manager if she can just ring them up by the weight and she tells me no, than ask okay what if I dump this cups contents into a dotted cup and she still says no.....well very poor customer service and I left the cups there and walked out!!! So now not only did she lose the sale on the two cups, plus the wasted cost for the contents in the cups, but also lost a customer and received this terrible review! Foolish management especially in this day and age and even more so when the entire store was empty. Left there and went to Baskin and Robbins, got two single scoop sundaes for the kids with toppings and a double scoop with hot fudge for myself and only paid $16.25 for all three.

Just wanted to give extra love as I see how hard the owner is trying to make this a wonderful place and I know how hard running a business can be.

Sundae Surprise: My nieces and nephews know our sweet tooth! Thanks to my adorable niece and nephew, I discovered a new dessert haven called Sundae, and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint! From the moment they dragged us in (kidding, of course!), We were hooked. The inviting atmosphere with cheerful colours and comfy seating had me feeling like a kid again. And then came the real test: the menu. Sundae and Acai, you say? Decisions, decisions! But thanks to my indecisive (and delicious!) family, I got to try both. The sundae was a classic done right – creamy ice cream, decadent hot fudge, and just the right amount of whipped cream and sprinkles. It was pure childhood joy in a bowl! But the Acai? Wow, that was a revelation! Fresh, vibrant fruit swirled with nutty granola and creamy acai – it was like a healthy tropical vacation in every bite. The perfect balance of sweet and tart, refreshing and satisfying. Both the sundae and the acai were absolutely delicious, made with quality ingredients and generous portions. But beyond the food, it was the experience that made Sundae special. The friendly staff treated us like family, making sure our bowls were overflowing with happiness (and toppings!). They even had a cute little play area for the kids, keeping them entertained while we adults indulged.Overall, Sundae was a delightful surprise. It's the perfect place for a sweet treat with the family, whether you're craving a classic sundae or a trendy acai bowl. Thanks, nephews and niece, for introducing me to this gem!5 stars for Sundae! Delicious desserts, happy vibes, and family .Vegetarian options: There is a sign for vegan option.

Not bad but the Port Jeff Frigate is vastly superior. More of a selection of froyo flavors and better quality.

Super fresh I can't decide which is my favorite the pitaya bowl or coconut bowl ... friendly service and always clean . If I could eat ice cream I would be here everyday !!! The choices of flavors and toppings is a kids dream come true !

They had either vanilla or chocolate, those were pretty much the only flavors available. They had quite a few toppings, the only ones i found appealing had none left. I ended up with a cup of vanilla and sprinkles. I paid for myself and my three friends. Total was $36 for 4 cups. NINE DOLLARS for vanilla ice cream with sprinkles that i didn’t even enjoy. Don’t waste your time here, go literally anywhere else. If they had more flavors or if they stocked up their toppings I maybe would consider spending 9 bucks not probably not.

Ordered an egg cream and they gave me seltzer and milk in a cup, and when we went back to explain to them that an egg cream is seltzer, milk, and chocolate (or vanilla) syrup, the rude person at the counter said this is how they make it and that's that. Wouldn't recommend.

Very good if you like frozen yogurt.
