Great food very good price and service. If the shopping center gets torn down, they should definitely get another store within or nearby. They have been in business for 45 plus years and should continue.

Was really looking forward to enjoying a nice big Greek meal at Zobra the Greek. (It's about 30-min from my house and I read the reviews.) It was a little disappointing. They close for in-restaurant dining mid-day but didn't mention that on the website. As we couldn't dine in and we really wanted to try the place, we ordered a chicken gyro to go. I didn't hate it but I didn't love it, either. If I happen to pass by, maybe I'll give it another try but I'm definitely not going out of my way to get there again.

I was SOOOOO looking forward to trying their food. I was SOOOOOOOO disappointed. I ordered a chicken souvlaki which was incredibly spicy. Tasted like the bread had been spread with pepperoncini paste. Same thing with the salad dressing. Ruined a meal that had so much potential to get delicious. Service was slow to non existent and spent most of our time waiting for the server to check back for drink refill which never came. My friend ordered a dessert and SPECIFICALLY ASKED that no honey sauce be added to go. When we got it she asked if the honey sauce was added,we checked, and it was. All the server offered was "I forgot." The place was NOT that busy. Do not only were we disappointed with the food and the service, my friend couldn't bring home her favorite dessert because the server ruined the last piece they had. The place is pretty but the price is prohibitive. Too much money for too little . We will NEVER go here again.

Pick up order. I'm vegetarian with limited options. I got the falafel sandwich, strange how it comes with onion sauce instead of tahini (their falafel balls appetizer comes with tahini). Zpita and Mavi Grill's Falafel sandwich also come with tahini. First time I've tried any onion sauce from anywhere and I didn't like it...maybe I just don't onion sauce in general, not sure, but it was a reddish brown color with a strange flavor I can't describe, not sure what else is in it...maybe fermented cabbage or something (?). Thankfully, I had my own tahini at home. The Falafel sandwich was just mediocre, nothing special and I tasted dill flavor in it which I don't like (nothing in the description said dill or I would have asked them to leave it out). Now after eating it, instead of feeling satisfied my stomach feels weird and unsettled. It may be better than it seemed to me, perhaps its because I've had Mavi Grill's Falafel Pita (Mount Sinai) first and that was so shockingly perfect and magical and delicious in comparison, so Zorba's was just blah. Maybe the other dishes at Zorba are better- I don't know - this was my first time trying Zorba and I'm not satisfied and not impressed. I'm actually still hungry also. The chicken souvlaki my mom got was huge - like twice the size. The Falafel sandwich was mostly tomatoes and lettuce so there should be more actual falafel inside because lettuce and tomato are not really filling. The Fries were good though.p.s. My mom said the chicken souvlaki was good but nothing compared to Mavi Grill which is much better - Hands Down, and I fully agree.Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian section, but also it appears some of the appetizers (separate section) would qualify also.

I like this place and the food is good. This is only regarding my experience today. This would be a 5 star across the board except for today. !/20/24 at about 3 p.m. I ordered a medium greek salad and a gyro and 2 souvlakis. I said to the gentleman making my sandwich to "make it good" and he did. I was happy with the way he made it. He heard me and I felt the sandwich was made the way I like it. He gave it to the man who put the vegetables on it and it was good. The young lady (cashier/packer) comes along and writes "gyro" on it and I told her that was for me. The gentleman who made the sandwich said it was for me. She puts it I a bag and I am thinking she is going to set it with the rest of my order and 2 seconds after me and the guy who made the sandwich told her it was for me she turned around and gave it to another customer. I said to her..."we told you that was for me"...Her response was "oh I am sorry etc...."What annoyed me most was that everyone listened except the cashier/packer. She was told specifically and did not pay attention. She took my order and gave it to someone else. The sandwich maker and the salad man get 5 starts. She only gets 2. Why? Because when she was told by me and the sandwich maker...we were all 1-2 feet apart. So she was not paying attention and messed up my order.

The first time I went to this place it was great. The manager was in the area. He came talk to us. The food was great. The service was great too. The second time I went not so much. People came in after us and not only did they get their food before I did, they managed to leave before I did. We were ignored pretty much most of the time, unless I reached out for the waitress. It was not that busy. She was also not very informs. I was trying to see if I can get a hummus appetizer, but not the full amount because it’s only for one person and she seemed extremely confused and unaccommodating. At the end when I finally called her over for the check , she’s standing right there while I’m trying to manage my bill. It got very awkward because it only allows for 18% tip minimum. I wanted to leave 15% .to convey a message and unfortunately, she just loomed over my head and it just made the situation very uncomfortable. Maybe it was a one off I might give it another chance. I’m not sure yet, but that second visit was extremely disappointing.

This place went downhill! The food was old looking and smelled like wet dog. My son has been sick since eating some! Never again!
