Absolutely loved the French toast bagel with cream cheese but @ $5.50...too expensive for me, I almost said take it back!! As much as I loved it I just can't justify paying that much for a bagel.

EDIT: I forgot to actually leave text here...I've been enjoying the bagels for some time, and the other day I decided to give the breakfast platter a try. Wow, it was huge! The homefries were awesome and a big portion, got sausage, toast, and an extra egg all for less than $8.00. That will be my go-to breakfast from now on. I'll have to try the chicken or tuna salad next time for lunch.
I was holding off on leaving this review because I was trying to give this place a fair chance. Now let me preface this review with this: The staff are all very friendly and the food is great, I always tip when I go here even if something got messed up or forgotten. I always order via phone so when I come in it's a simple pick up my order, pay, and go. Except it's not...especially recently. I came in, went to pick up my order, was not acknowledged or asked if i was picking up. People who came in after me got their orders before me. My foods just sitting in the back in a baggie getting cold. I'm a simple man, and I really try not to start any conflict. But these guys really need to work on how they handle and prioritize orders, customers want to feel like you care about them. Perhaps a line specifically for mobile orders to pick up? You are starting to get more clientele, it's not a bad idea. Anywho, i'm honestly really debating about not coming back to eat here. Bagel station at least gives mobile orders some priority.
Edit: Saying "Sorry you feel this way" in response to peoples reviews is disingenuine and just shows people that you arent really sorry about what happened. I stated my concern and offered advice. Sure I didn't talk to a manager, you guys were flooded with customers and I had to get to work, but thank you for calling me out on that too. Reflect on this, open your mind to critisism and change your ways.

Love this place.... Open early all the time...
The wait is usually outrageous. But today I waited over an hour for a bacon, egg and cheese I never got. Apparently my order got lost in the chaos and I would have to wait behind the new mountain of people to receive my order. Staff is friendly enough so I hate to have to be pushy. But almost $13 on one bagel I have to argue and wait over an hour for is outrageous. Could have gone down to manhattan for that
