The food is over priced and underwhelmed. They skimp on a lot of stuff. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it only had a small blob of cheese and the lightest spreading of ketchup I have ever seen. I asked for extra bacon and it was like they charged me for another sandwich. I don't think if you ask for three breakfast sandwiches with extra bacon and two drinks you should be charged close to $42 and have the audacity to ask for a tip.

I love their bagels and they are very fresh. I always ask for light cream cheese but alwaya get way too much. Other than that their great bacon egg and cheese is always great

First time here and ordered the French toast bagel based on the recommended reviews. It was pretty good but not toasted enough. I visited Thursday morning 7/31/25 around 10am, and it apparently was much busier than normal at that time. I'm unsure if there is usually another staff member to accept orders and payment, but during my visit, there was just one guy at the front who seemed to be the owner or manager, and another back in the kitchen area. This was the first time I've noticed this happening, but the person accepting orders and payment was also preparing bagels. And several customers paid cash... So this guy went from handling paper currency to handling bagels. Without gloves. It wasnt going to stop me from eating my food, but I'm sure there are some Karens and overly sanitary people who would be displeased with such food practices.
