Best burger restaurant I’ve ever been to. $10 for the Benny burger combo you can’t beat it I couldn’t believe it the first time I went. The fries were so fire and burger was delicious lol. Stopping here anytime I’m in the area.

Where to start with this place? Well I guess we jump right in and say the chef who creates this menu of monstrosities either works for or holds stock in Weight watchers, or big pharma! Rumor has it if you go around back you can get Ozempic and insulin right at the door and they offer a discount card for cardiac catheters. I’m pretty sure they get a kick back and partner with the hospital right down the road! Seriously though this place is top notch, great staff, amazing food and honestly the kitchen might be cleaner than the operating rooms at that hospital down the road! This place isn’t just a staple of the community it’s 100% committed to the community it’s in, always supporting not only other local businesses but also small businesses across the state and country! With a solid staple menu and an ever changing list of specials they have it figured out! Don’t take my word for it, go give them a try and if you don’t like the food there I’ll take the leftovers!
**UPDATE ** I recently had the pleasure of enjoying one of the ice cream cakes this place creates from what I assume is old recipes straight from the devil! This was one of the BEST cakes I’ve ever had for my birthday and trust me I’ve had many! Second only to my grandmothers chocolate cake recipe (might even be better but she buys me birthday presents!) Grab a cake, don’t see one you like? Get your eyes checked, just kidding, create your own cake these folks are amazing! Are you still reading this? You better be in their parking lot, you’re not? Go, go now, get there you’re wasting away!

So I went in tonight at 8pm. Placed my order to go, paid tap to pay and then the girl hands me a receipt to sign. However, I was not expecting her to look at the receipt, show it to the other girl and laugh as if me not tipping was unacceptable. Now I usually don’t tip when I’m ordering to go but tip nicely when I’m dinning in. Trying to not let it get to me I brush it off although it made me uncomfortable to the point I called my sister to distract me. When giving me my ice cream she says here you go and then looks at the teens leaving says “goodbye” to the teens leaving but ignores me saying thank you. Now I understand they are all teenagers working there but in no way shape or form should anyone be treated like that for not tipping on a take out order. What if that was all the money I had? Management needs to train these teens to at least control their attitude till the customer leaves and to be more compassionate because for individuals struggling that situation would have ruined somebody’s night.

This review is for customer service provided by the teenage staff, not the food. The food is delicious, and the owner is an awesome guy.
I feel like everytime I go there, I do pick up (I ain’t tipping for a pick up, only sit down service) anyway, I the teenage girls working behind the counter are always rude, and I see em laughing at me whenever I hand back the receipt with a 0 for tip. It’s always “hey just need your signature”, and then you gonna check the tip jar to shame me? Nah. I love the place and food, but some of those teenagers working there need better customer service.

Let me start by saying I frequent pjp pizza. Always taken care of, kanan, one of the owners is fantastic person and has worked very hard to create his empire. So I decided to order from Ben's. I ordered a couple of chicken wraps and a burger. Never ordered wraps there before wanted to try something new. I was descriptive with my order. Got it home, the wraps had cheese on them. We are lactose intolerant. So I called Ben's, spoke to a young lady explaining what happened to be told we always put cheese on our wraps. Great but I never asked for cheese nor was I told you put cheese on wraps. Ok fine, told me to hold on. I man with an accent got in the phone with a Huge attitude asking me what the problem was. Now up to this point I was nothing but pleasent and polite. I again explained what happened and he told me we always put cheese on our wraps. Great but I explained what I wanted on my wrap and cheese wasn't one of them. Still this guy was unapologetic and still raging an attitude. He said I'll make more but remember we put cheese on our wraps. I remained polite for fear he'd spit in my food. Still no apology. After this incident, I tried to reach out to kanan to notify him but was unsuccessful. Firstly I'll never step foot in Ben's again. Secondly, I recommend the owners reevaluate who they have hired recently because I know this guy was new and wasn't the regular manager that's there. You worked hard to build a good reputation, don't let these people ruin it for you. If he did it to me, I guarantee he's doing it to others.
