Can be quiet can be rowdy free wifi foods fast food so it's okay I guess next to train station if u need a quick bite before hopping on the train!!!

Normally it a good spot but just now I found long red hair in my chicken sand wick meal. I didnt make a big about it, I pulles the manager aside and mentioned that she should have a hair.Net on because there was hair in my meal and she pretty much just blew me off.So this is why i'm posting it.

At 10:52am I pulled up to the drive through for breakfast as it is still morning and they told me they are now on lunch

My wife and I rocked up to BK in Port Jervis like two people who’d already lost the will to cook.
Playlist? Absolute bangers. Service? Lightning. The nice lady took our order (Whopper meal, chicken sandwich, cheesy bites). 4 minutes and 39 seconds later the food appeared (yes, I timed it, and yes, my wife judged me the entire time).
Food: exactly what it says on the tin. Whopper tasted like 1997 called and wants its nostalgia back. Cheesy bites = lava-hot joy bombs. Chicken sandwich = fine, whatever, moving on. No forks provided; we went full caveman and used our hands like the elegant adults we are.
We briefly considered dessert, gazed upon the calorie Mount Everest we’d just climbed, looked at each other, and simultaneously whispered “absolutely not.” My jeans were already staging a quiet protest.
Solid tunes, Olympic speed, zero judgment when we murdered a forest of napkins. Port Jervis BK didn’t change our lives, but it absolutely fed us in record time and made us laugh.
Five stars for efficiency, four stars for flavor, six stars for not judging us when we left looking like we lost a fight with a ketchup bottle. We’ll be back… probably next week when we give up on cooking again.

I am a door dasher, on deck 1st approximately 230 300pm. I went to this burger king to pick up an order for a customer. It was a fair order. The customer ordered a combo meal with a frozen drink and a bundle box.. I waited not long before the person who appeared to be their floor manager tossed the bag on the counter shouting the name for the order saying it was ready. I instantly knew the order was incomplete because of the way it was tossed on the counter. It couldn't possibly have a drink if she was tossing it. It didn't. But upon future investigating by grabbing the bag I also noticed how light the bag was knowing it couldn't possibly not only have a drink in the bag but almost the entire order. There's was only two sandwiches in a big bag. When I question this to two ladies at the front counter I was liberally attacked by the manager and fhe girl on the register with hood like attitude. The manager shouted stated she wasnt gonna argue with me and I could get out of her lobby instantly. Now mind you, I wasnt even upset just wanted to order corrected before leaving the store for my customer. She cursed shouted and verberally abused me in front of a lobby full of guest. I would like to make one thing clear. I dont need burger king to make money I can decline all the call that cone through for this establishment and be ok. Eventually if these workers continue to speak like this to people everyone will start declining calls from the establishment. The order was canceled through the customer and dash support was notified if the issue. No one should have to be spoken to that way. And I dont eat burger king as is. But I won't be going there to pick up for anyone either. Bad attitudes are bad for business.
Manager was incredibly rude and called me out and embarrassed me in front of everybody. I was waiting for a doordash order and refilled my cup and it became a huge issue with her.I had thought refills were free. Anyway, I didn't appreciate the embarrassment..!!! I had such bad anxiety and today turned out to be an awful one..!!! Just plain rude. An issue that that should've never had to have happened. The manager's name is Pauline in the Port Jervis Burger King. Never going back. Thank you Pauline.

I pulled up through drive thru late night when usually one’s energy would be down and drained working in fast food. I then had the pleasure to be served by their amazingly spirited employee Grace. From the second she started speaking to take my order through the drive through; her energy way high welcoming and excited. I actually forced her to take a tip because it genuinely made my night so much. This was a few weeks ago, I’ve been meaning to post a review but kept forgetting but glad I remembered cause she deserves to be recognized. Keep killing it Grace and keep that energy girl! Love your spirit so so much!!❤️☺️

I was food poisoned by the Burger King in Port Jervis, NY. I reported this Burger King to the Orange County Department of Health. Even if you're tired and don't feel like cooking, trust me, just go somewhere else. Avoid Burger King!
