The staff is very nice every time I go here. They do need to figure out what to do about the unruly people that hang around out front though.

I want to replace my older review with this newer one. My father informed me the other day when he was getting his lunch that there's newer staff and they are very professional and polite. Thank you for listening to the customer. I used to always eat there, and it was sad when I stopped, but my husband and I will start going back their again.?

If I could give them 0 stars I would ! I order all plain burgers, all of them had huge amounts of mayo & ketchup… obviously somebody or everyone in there can’t read or just don’t care hell maybe even both ??♂️??♂️

So we were at Burger King and got a chicken wrap and all that was in the wrap was a little tiny white piece of chicken and all breading and we got 3 fries and only got two it was 30$ just for nothing 1

Consistent food decent service clean interior management seems good and workers move fast!
The only Burger King in Port Jervis, the overall service level is higher than anywhere else in New York. I like their corporate culture very much. No matter what kind of guests they meet, they always put their guests first. There was an impressive female clerk at the front desk who had braces (it might be a bit rude of me to say that, but I don't know what to call her). The environment is average and the parking is convenient. The shortcomings are the long wait time to pick up the food, the toilet hygiene is very bad, the free Wifi has never been successfully connected, and the sauce packets have started to charge extra. I think none of this should happen in a national chain store. So overall I would give it a 3? experience. I hope the management of this store will notice this

Casey is a great employee watching over her customers as my daughter and her cousin like going there daily..a grown man approached the two children and was acting weirdly with them she went over to the children and protected them and called the police on the crazy disgusting man in the store...thank u Casey for being observant and protecting our babies at your place of business???
