This location had a wide variety on the menu. Everything we ordered was delicious. This restaurant came by way of recommendation and now I send the recommendation on to the next visitors. The service was timely and the portions were just right.

We had an anniversary party at the Trackside Manor - Danielle was the best! We asked for a taco party and they delivered. The food was terrific, as well as the service. Many venues charge a fee just to use their place but the Erie has a very reasonable per head charge that includes whatever you decide for it to include with no extra fee just to use the venue. Highly recommend having your party here!

I don’t know why the restaurant can get it’s No 1 recommended restaurants in the area. I guess maybe it is only because there are only three restaurants? The food was very bad and the bar server lady was rude. My friends and I plan to meet in the restaurant and I arrived 1 hour late. I ordered a pizza to go because they finished eating. The food was horrible. I know it takes time to bake pizza and we were outside checking the stores around. I was back to pick up my order after around 20min and expect all food and drink should be ready. But hell no!!! I was been stalled for a good 15min because there is only one person who was behind the bar can pour me a cup of apple juice to go…(uh…I gave you 20min to pour that apple juice!!) She was busy talking to two guys and pour them beer while she clearly knows that my apple juice was ahead of the beer. After 10min, she finally has mood to pour my apple juice, the juice was not enough, so, she needs to go to kitchen to grab a bottle of new. And on her way to the back, she stopped and talked about me with her manager in front of me rather to get a new bottle of apple juice!!! I don’t know if it is because I am an Asian woman that I got treated like this. But after another extra 15min waiting, the pizza, the chicken nuggets, and the fries become so disgusting. Glad I did not tip them!

My sister and I always watch a dude named Brennen Taylor on YouTube which is a dude who goes to 1 star restaurants and hotels and calls it my unfortunate life choices!! I did not get hired to promote his show but I have seen some of his hotel videos and the hotels are eerie!! I went here for dinner tonight with a group of fellow wild 20 year olds who like to go out and live life!! It is called the Erie hotel but it is not eerie!! It is very swanky and is a good fit for us wild double decaders!! I got a half rack of ribs which I demolished and also had fries which were very good!! I sat next to someone who got very buzzed and I sat there getting buzzed off ribs!!

My friends had their daughters' high school graduation party here. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful, and the food was outstanding. I will definitely return

Only 2nd visit here. First visit had the pasta Alfredo and it was wonderful. This time had the fish & chips and was disappointed, fish was greasy. Our appetizer was the crab cakes which were very good with lots of crab meat but could have been a little spicer for my taste. Nephew liked the wings and side salad. I enjoyed the old atmosphere and wait staff was very attentive.

5. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and seated us promptly. A friendly waitress came in a short period of time giving us time to decide on a drink. We took a while to decide and she was patiently waiting but I told her to come back as to not hold her up. We ordered and food came out quickly and cooked perfectly.

It’s a nice loooking place and everything started off pretty good. Appetizers - pretzels were amazing stuffed clams and potatoes skins were nothing special and bland. Next we had soups and for the life of me I don’t understand why restaurants have such a hard time with tempatures on soups ( should be held or reheated at 135 degrees). Soups were warm not hot and bland. Also three of four soups arrived while the fourth arrived 20+mins later. Next we waited another 40+ mins for our entrees and our waiter had disappeared. Staff kept telling us that the kitchen was backed up. We arrived at 540pm and didn’t get our entrees untill 745pm. The entrees we ordered 1)fish and chips was soggy and greasy 2) delmonico (ordered med rare came out rare bloody) very bland no seoansoning sweet potatoe fries were great 3) chili was great 4)hamburger was just ok however they do cook it closer to medium rare tho. We were seated in the back room next to the kitchen wich was a little annoying having staff constantly running back and fourth. Also we noticed alll the cleaning supplies next to the ice machine (not sure what the heath dpt rules on this are). Also they kept a bus container with dirty dish on a table on the floor the entire 2+ hours we were there. We did speak to a “manager” who apeared to look like every other employee. Once again maybe I’m old school but what happened to managers that actually dress like managers tight yoga pants and a t-shirt are not appropriate attire for managers. All and all I would do a solid pass on the place unless you are going to sit at the bar and drink beer. Pictures* 1)buss bin with dirty dishes 2)cleaning supplies next to ice used in customer drinks

Its always busy at erie...and yes there are 8-10 of us..we make a reservation and plan to tip in the 40-50% range...we are two+ tables we know that.. Family from four states meet for this, we don't really care about price...just good service n reasonable food quality. All years previously we had outstanding service..10/8 was horrible. I'm not trying to be be mean, they were just crazy under staffed. We're trying a different place next year..again I think the wait staff did the best they could do...

Our visit started well our reservation was honored and we were greeted quickly by our personable waiter who took our drink and appetizer order. The drinks came out and he disappeared. In the 50 minutes it took for him to bring the appetizer he avoided our table and never made eye contact. When we finally flagged him down he denied there was any problem in the kitchen or offered any explanation for the long delays between courses. He was very good about refilling the drinks. When our entrees finally arrived they were lukewarm, the baked potatoes were hard, the vegetables were salty and soggy, and the meat was either overcooked or undercooked. When we got the check there was an up charge that the waiter had not mentioned of $12.50. He did remove it when we complained. The hotel’s ambiance is nice and the menu had many choices. However, our experience left a very bad taste.
