This place started strong. And I always find the staff very pleasant. However, the last 2x we have gotten the honey bbq chicken, instead of it being ON the chicken, as it's presented in app and on TV, they just throw in the sauces in containers or, on my sandwich, there was a dab of honey bbq on it.
Not what I bought.
I really like the staff here, and I don't like complaining. But if you pay for something, that's what you should be getting.

I love KFC. Especially this location. Every time I order they are so kind during pickup. They are also very prompt, so I’m never waiting long during ordering or even picking up an order. I feel they have a vast selection and are always willing to do what they can to make sure you enjoy what you order even if it means subbing things in. I genuinely appreciate the workers here and the food. I come all the time and will continue to do so. Great staff and great vibes!

Ordered 3 times at this KFC, every time my order was spot on!! The Staff was AWESOME!! So happy to have a KFC near by. Will be back soon for more Yummy KFC Chicken!! ...PLEASE keep the Wedges on the menu! ♥︎♥︎
