This is one of our local restaurants,the food is not consistently good,our favorite are the chicken wings,they have lowered the salt content that's a +. However the place can use some up keep.

Sorry, was disappointed last 2 visits. 1/2 fried chicken was terribly dried out and horrible both times. Very long wait time, too. Not going back. Switched to Good Friend in the same area. Ming Moon just isn't how it used to be.

I feel like we went back in time, because everything we ordered from this place was delicious, with huge portions, and freaking cheap prices!!! In Brooklyn, everything is half the size and twice the price!!! The egg rolls, dumplings, fried wantons were just like I remember back in the day! Boneless ribs, sesame chicken, pork fried rice, we're sooo yummy!!! Ming Moon is definitely a keeper...

My husband and I both got diarrhea from their food.Good place to go if you are constipated.
We ordered won ton soup...it was sour and foul tasting! The General Tso Chicken was pieces of fried flour. When we called to make them aware of the soup not tasting right, the women yelledat my husband & said that nobody complains about their food. OK...we willbe going elsewhere.

Update on my review from the last time I didn't order Sence the last time how ever she charges me more then what is on the online menu so i disputed the charge and then my bank gave me my money back only to later after 1week later to take my money back to this rude and arrogant lady owner , long story short they can get away with any thing i hope you see this and people will rather go to good friends Chinese or three ninjas all with in port Jervis

There are a few key things that stand out about this Chinese restaurant that make it far superior to the surrounding options in Port Jervis, Matamoras, Milford, and the Dingman's (area). 1). They have a website with a posted menu, a rarity. 2). They have menu clarification that states what you can expect from your order (I.e. chow mein is not noodles and lo mein is soft noodles). Many places make this confusing because sometimes chow mein is noodles and sometimes it is wet cabbage and vice versa with the lo mein. Anyway, the lo mein tastes wonderful and is the best we've had in awhile. We did order fortune cookies which they forgot to add, but everything else was great. This will be our new Chinese spot.

Best Crab Rangoon in entire state of NY , hands down !!! I live on the Island and work in city , and I feel like nobody makes Crab Rangoon like Ming Moon in Port Jervis -Also their BBQ Spare Rib Tips on their Specialties portion of the menu - Simply Amazing !!! We also recommend their CHICKEN LO MEIN , Broccoli shrimp with garlic & String Bean and garlic , spring roll and pork dumplings. Generous portion , always fresh . Nice, clean and lovely lady working upfront is sweetheart.
