Tonight was the worst experience I have had at an establishment. So much so that I wanted to write a review. Went in for ice cream with friends and our children. We all wanted to sit next to each other so we let other sit while we waited over 40 minutes for an available table. We found a table next to our kids and waited for the previous customers to finish. When they did, I grabbed their table and the bus boy cleaned it and I was handed my ice cream. A quarter of the way through I had a wet rag thrown down in front of me and a “reserved” sign. The waitress Paige was extreme rude, she told me I had to get up and move bc the table was reserved. While I was already eating!??! my husband pulled the owner aside and the owner didn’t seem to care one bit. Two people sat at that table and another one who was on shift. All he had to say was “that’s my employees home from college”. So you kick a customer out of their table midway through their food to seat your employees????? So unprofessional. We own two businesses and I would NEVER do that to a customer. They could have sat outside to have a conversation. Not take my table. Sorry sir, but you just lost over a dozen valuable customers. We’re the ones that keep you in business, not your college employees. DO BETTER. Maybe take some courses in business management.

I’m from Endicott NY but stopped here earlier in the summer and again before school starts while traveling. They have a huge menu with lots of choices. Everything tasted great, service was great. Will be back again. You must try one of their waffle sundae’s they are to die for.

The most diverse choices of delicious ice cream creations! The staff was wonderful! Can't wait to go back.
Love the outside and inside dining. The brownie was stale as was my companions biscuit. Strawberry shortcake would be better with cake rather than a biscuit.

Love the chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream but I think they skimp on the ice cream. I never have enough to finish with the cake.
Parking: A few spots on the paved side of the restaurant and unpaved parking on the other.

2024-08-15: Subtracted 1 for the boss, Jeff yelling at staff about a chair out of place. Highly inappropriate and kind of ruined the rest of our finishing our dessert. Rule# 1 in business is treat staff with respect and correction is done in private. You should have seen the looks on their faces and then how they kind of shrunk . Terrible!
The staff was wonderful.. welcoming, just the right amount of checking on us. Food was great. Have been here before and enjoyed it. Would recommend going when he is not there.

We were up in this area white water rafting and stumbled upon this gem! Super classic, old school style sundaes and theme. Staff is very nice and the service was incredibly quick. The ice cream was delicious and they have a large selection of desserts, ice cream, brownies, fudge and food.
